Not a place to play half-hearted. nothing more annoying than guys wasting their talent. Even if I wasn't into it I'd stick around for the paycheck, can't make those at a regular job. Or.....you could say........employed him.......paid him like a CEO.........and then replaced him with another deserving human being when that time came.
