bills-wr-marquise-goodwin-qualifies-for-

Marquise Goodwin is tired of hearing complaints about his injuries every single season. Goodwin has had some amazing practices and currently appears unstoppable heading into the regular season. Those practices have given the wide receiver the confidence to publicly announce that he would have a huge year to all Bills fans. But his talent has never been the issue. Goodwin seems to be hit with the injury bug in any game he plays in. This year, he vowed to have a huge year for the Bills.

He's a big wild card. VERY talented, but a long shot to stay healthy.

Hopefully they can use him in ways that maximize his skill but minimize hits for a bit. I think that stringing together some games where he's productive but doesn't get killed by a linebacker will do wonders for him

Hopefully he has a good game Sunday. Because that might be his last time on an NFL field after he trips on a blade of grass and is out for the season.

Hes really good at 2 hand touch, hes just not built to play tackle football. He will be great in the 2020 Olympics though. Best of luck to him!

He will prove them wrong......or just plain not.

He face planted as the heavy favorite at the olympic qualifiers for a reason........he hasn't been able to physically actualize his athletic goals so proclamations from him are not to be taken seriously.

His focus should have been on football all offseason.......that's clear now.......and because he didn't, a dispropotionate amount of emphasis will have to be placed on raw talent.

And being that he just wasn't putting in the work all offseason to prepare for his walk year that's a very tall order.

What usually makes players great in their walk year is that they hit the ground running from the start of the offseason by preparing themselves to max out their game.

Goodwin wouldn't even run routes in shorts at OTA's.......he face planted at trials then had two weeks to figure out how to get back on weight he couldn't afford to lose and try to catch up on 6+ months of training he couldn't afford to miss.

I'm a big proponent of his talent but talk is less than cheap coming from him.

Completely uncoverable

If the kid could ever stay healthy would be a serious NFL threat.....if

Ever watch him run routes? Ever watch him adjust on a ball? Ever watch him on an end around? Pay close attention to those and you may change your view. He doesnt do any of what I mentioned well. Add cant break a tackle into the mix and what you have is a guy who can run deep- thats it.

And every time he runs deep.....the defender is 5 yards behind him

Go back and watch last years tape before he got injured....you see it.

He gets hurt....cant anybody refute that.....but WHEN he is healthy the guy gets open......just cant depend on him because when he gets hit it looks like a pinball machine

even when he's healthy he underperforms.

As pointed out, he cannot run all routes, he can't track the ball in the air, he can't make adjustments to the ball in the air, and he cannot break tackles.

But his deep routes are out of this world 😉

doesn't this article all but guarantee he's on IR by week 4? I hope he proves everyone wrong, and I don't fault him for the injuries, he seems like a hard worker with a lot of talent and that's all he can control.

He was shaking his fists, screaming, "I will prove them all wrong!!"

Unfortunately, that caused him to sprain both wrists and strain his vocal cords.

But how's his spleen?
