Assuming CBS gets a 1:00pm game on opening Sunday, September 11th....

Will the Bills be the featured game most of the nation sees?

The contenders:

Cleveland at Philly

Bengals at Jets

Chargers at Chiefs

Bills at Ravens

I fear the game would be S.D. at K.C., but I'm holding out hope I can see the season opener.

Curious what others think.

Thanks for the responses.

It looks like CBS will be single game channel, and I live in Miami TV viewing area...

So I'll get their game at 4:00pm and no Bills at 1:00pm.

You can tell by the announcing crews. Bills have their usual with Spero and Solomon so that won't be on anywhere outside the local markets.

GOD DAMN the WORST 2 to have on a game Wilcots is an idiot. 6 times last year enough !!!!!!

Spero also sucks to balance out the booth.

Then again the "top group" Simms and Nantz don't have a clue when the do Bills games because they never see them

As a long time season ticket holder from Canada (I drive 6 hours to every home game and battle to get in the RV lot), the national game will be Bengals-Jets. The big TV markets always win. Fortunately, I get every Bills game on TV where I live as the Canadian stations always show them. Come to Canada, we will welcome you, eh!!

Maybe but I'm in Philly area. No way that gets prempted.

I'm halfway between Philly and NY, so no joy here either. But hey, if I were a Jests/Jints/Iggles fan, I'm be sitting pretty, 'cause their games are always on. Always. :wallbash:

Not sure why Bills -Ravens ( two non-playoff teams) would be chosen over Bengals -Jets. The Jets just missed the playoffs last year and the Bengals have become playoff regulars. Sure, TV markets and all that, but if the Bills won consistently they would get national games like they did in the '90s. Until then , don't be surprised ( certainly not offended) if the Bills end up on the C list more often than not.
