HamSandwhich Posted September 2, 2016 Posted September 2, 2016 Where did they cut them? You think they would vary their cuts in different places but I guess its just easier to cut them all in one place.
H2o Posted September 2, 2016 Posted September 2, 2016 Lawson is the shocker IMO. I thought he was solid depth at least, unless they are freeing up $ to sign someone else who gets cut they may have had their eye on.
DrDawkinstein Posted September 2, 2016 Author Posted September 2, 2016 Richardson, while not shocking based on play, is a bit of a surprise since he was a draft pick.
HamSandwhich Posted September 2, 2016 Posted September 2, 2016 Richardson, while not shocking based on play, is a bit of a surprise since he was a draft pick. A draft pick years ago does not surprise me.
Bills!Win! Posted September 2, 2016 Posted September 2, 2016 (edited) Who are the receivers that made it? Theres been so many cut I can't keep track of them all Edited September 2, 2016 by Bills!Win!
The Frankish Reich Posted September 2, 2016 Posted September 2, 2016 Other than Lawson, I'm a little surprised by Dez Lewis. And I think that one might be a bit short-sighted, since I think the positive difference in chances of "winning now" between having Powell on the roster vs. Lewis tiny, whereas Lewis still has a chance to be a significant contributor in the future. But such is the nature of a coach and GM trying to save their jobs ...
The BLUES Brothers Posted September 2, 2016 Posted September 2, 2016 Manny Lawson was a big surprise earlier today - I remember reading how he was going to be a stud in this Defense. Felton was the Big Blocking FB but maybe McCoy wants to pick his own holes? Got to trust the Coaches who watch them more than I do are doing the right thing for the Team...
DrDawkinstein Posted September 2, 2016 Author Posted September 2, 2016 A draft pick years ago does not surprise me. True, I guess I was hoping for some development. But it never happened.
The Frankish Reich Posted September 2, 2016 Posted September 2, 2016 Who are the receivers that made it? Theres been so many cut I can't keep track of them all This has to mean that Salas and Powell will make the final cut. And probably O'Leary at TE too.
JM57 Posted September 2, 2016 Posted September 2, 2016 Who are the receivers that made it? Theres been so many cut I can't keep track of them allWatkins, Woods, Goodwin, Salas, Powell
26CornerBlitz Posted September 2, 2016 Posted September 2, 2016 Roster Analysis: Bills Go Heavy at LB and S There were some interesting decisions made by Rex Ryan and his coaching staff when it came to filling out the roster by position.
The Frankish Reich Posted September 2, 2016 Posted September 2, 2016 (edited) Watkins, Woods, Goodwin, Salas, Powell I forgot about Goodwin. I wonder why ... Dez, don't go on vacation or anything. If no one else picks you up, you may very well be getting a call from Whaley a week from Sunday. Edited September 2, 2016 by The Frankish Reich
LeGOATski Posted September 2, 2016 Posted September 2, 2016 It's good that they're making tough cuts. The team is definitely talented. I've liked what I've seen from the guys that are still on the team.
mrags Posted September 2, 2016 Posted September 2, 2016 Surprised by Lawson, Lewis, Richardson, Boykin The rest all make sense
The Wiz Posted September 2, 2016 Posted September 2, 2016 I forgot about Goodwin. I wonder why ... Dez, don't go on vacation or anything. If no one else picks you up, you may very well be getting a call from Whaley a week from Sunday.I'd assume that's the plan with Lewis.

Maury Ballstein Posted September 2, 2016 Posted September 2, 2016 Now Dez Lewis can go run in sand some more. I like Annen > O'leary.
