/dev/null Posted August 28, 2016 Posted August 28, 2016 Losman was awful but he did not turn the ball over as easily as Dirty Sanchez. You look hard at Sanchez and he fumbles. Two words: Butt fumble That said, Sanchez has won NFL play off games. JP Losman, uhh, he won a UFL title
Kelly the Dog Posted August 28, 2016 Posted August 28, 2016 Two words: Butt fumble That said, Sanchez has won NFL play off games. JP Losman, uhh, he won a UFL title Like Osweiler's Broncos, and even to some extent Manning's Broncos, the Jets were winning in spite of him not because of him.
The Frankish Reich Posted August 28, 2016 Posted August 28, 2016 stinks for Sanchez! Guess we will get to see just how bad a Qb is needed to have a good team. This is true. Basically turning over the reins to a replacement level QB, at least until they deem Paxton Lynch ready. Interesting concept ...
Mr. WEO Posted August 28, 2016 Posted August 28, 2016 Yep. While I hardly thought they thought he would be the answer, I'm amazed by all these smart guys, and Elway and Kubiak are surely smart guys, think that he can even play the position at a tolerable level. He's the most careless with the ball QB I have ever seen. And he's always been that way. Manning had 17 ints and a fumble with only 331 attempts. I think they were not afraid of poor ball protection so much....
QuoteTheRaven83 Posted August 28, 2016 Posted August 28, 2016 Sanchez's butt fumble was the greatest thing i've ever seen in sports history.
The Frankish Reich Posted August 28, 2016 Posted August 28, 2016 Sanchez's butt fumble was the greatest thing i've ever seen in sports history. Well, then you haven't lived long enough to have seen Piscataway Joe Pisaricik.
QuoteTheRaven83 Posted August 28, 2016 Posted August 28, 2016 Well, then you haven't lived long enough to have seen Piscataway Joe Pisaricik. The Herm Edwards fumble return? That's not even on the same level IMO...lol
Beef Jerky Posted August 28, 2016 Posted August 28, 2016 Since Elway was foolish enough to even consider Sanchez. Perhaps, Whaley can dangle the Bills New stud Austin Trainor up for a first. Foolish? He didn't lose anything.
bigK14094 Posted August 29, 2016 Posted August 29, 2016 stinks for Sanchez! Guess we will get to see just how bad a Qb is needed to have a good team. Dallas bound
Malazan Posted August 29, 2016 Posted August 29, 2016 Wait...I thought Elway was a genius. He is. He was going to get crap QB play either way so he resisted the urge to pay a lot of money for it
Wayne Arnold Posted August 29, 2016 Posted August 29, 2016 But it was Rex's fault he was so bad with the Jets!
Hardcore Bills Fan Posted August 29, 2016 Posted August 29, 2016 And before Rex gets any stupid ideas NO why would Rex want him? I guess i dont get what was supposed to be an insult.
Over 29 years of fanhood Posted August 29, 2016 Posted August 29, 2016 Since Elway was foolish enough to even consider Sanchez. Perhaps, Whaley can dangle the Bills New stud Austin Trainor up for a first. Elway is on an every other rotation with qbs.
Dragonborn10 Posted August 29, 2016 Posted August 29, 2016 1. How much would it take Manning to come out of retirement? 2. They should have paid Fitz. 3. Osweiler is awful and it was the correct decision to let him walk. 4. The defense no matter how talented will wear down if the offense can't stay on the field. 5. Broncos will not make the playoffs. Chiefs and Raiders are too good.
Buffalo Barbarian Posted August 29, 2016 Posted August 29, 2016 Since Elway was foolish enough to even consider Sanchez. Perhaps, Whaley can dangle the Bills New stud Austin Trainor up for a first. How about EJ? I'd take a first for him in a heartbeat.
bacarri and coke Posted August 29, 2016 Posted August 29, 2016 How about EJ? I'd take a first for him in a heartbeat.serious question I would too duh but would you do it now before the season with him being the best realistic option at qb to win if tt god for bid goes down in a couple games?TT is very likely going to miss at least one game most qbs do it could be the difference in a 16 year drought and 17.
CSBill Posted August 29, 2016 Posted August 29, 2016 Since Elway was foolish enough to even consider Sanchez. Perhaps, Whaley can dangle the Bills New stud Austin Trainor up for a first. or EJ, he would start there today why would Rex want him? I guess i dont get what was supposed to be an insult. because he's an ex-Jet

Cardale is very inexperienced but I think could perform better in a scaled down attack, EJ is just too inaccurate and will cost us anyways so get what we can for him (if there is even a market)
