He surely was, and the exact player you always slam the Bills for not taking a chance on. He was so raw at the time though it was tough to tell how his development would come along. I am often interested the guy with upside. However the guys that I have supported (Da'Rick, Goodwin, Peters, etc...) all had longer track records. Manhertz had never put on a uniform until the Bills!!
