What should yoy do with old medicine? Local tv station has regular unused medicine drop off days during the year. What happens after that - . Although I have not checked on this, I would think the pharmacy / pharmacist would be able to provide some direction.

Although I have not checked on this, I would think the pharmacy / pharmacist would be able to provide some direction. They give it to me. True story. Was at the Rose Bowl many years ago for a GNR Metallica concert. I was waiting for my wife to go through security. I was standing next to a trash bin and a security guard was walking over to toss a joint he confiscated into the bin. I held out my hand and in an official voice said "I'll take that". Idiot started to hand it to me until he realized what he was doing LOL

CountryCletus
We just had 3 charged with homicide here in Olean because they sold it to 2 people who died from this crap. First time around here that the dealers have been charged like that. Hopefully it'll deter some. The heroin epidemic is bad here and in the immediate area. And it's even worse now that it's being cut with all this other garbage. I just don't get it. Why do people ever even start with this stuff? Olean?? My mom works at Cutco.... Chef Jim
BTW this is exactly what I said would happen if we began to legalize marijuana here in the US. People said if we legalize it we'll put the cartels out of business. I laughed at them saying what do you think the cartels are going to do? Retire? Sell Avon? No they're going to push somethings else. I was thinking cocaine but it appears to be heroin.
ExiledInIllinois
BTW this is exactly what I said would happen if we began to legalize marijuana here in the US. People said if we legalize it we'll put the cartels out of business. I laughed at them saying what do you think the cartels are going to do? Retire? Sell Avon? No they're going to push somethings else. I was thinking cocaine but it appears to be heroin. You'd be a bad gambler if you were hitching your horses to cocaine as the next American drug epidemic. Then gets one wondering, what? Everybody knows where the world's biggest supply of opium comes from. Why the conincidence? Quick Google search draws up this: http://www.mintpressnews.com/global-war-terror-created-heroin-epidemic-us-afghanistan/218662/ ts hard to believe that a region under full US military occupation with guard posts and surveillance drones monitoring the mountains of Tora Bora arent able to track supply routes of opium exported from the countrys various poppy farms (you know, the ones the US military are guarding). Take what you will from the above. Edited September 11, 2016 by ExiledInIllinois
