Move down to The Blues when there was free space. When they left.. Kinda swore off The NBA and especially swore off the Boston Celtics since the owner swap and then stealing our team... Celtics should have moved to West Coast!

One of the best times to be a fan of Buffalo sports teams. Sure, a lot of that is because it was our youth, but man, those teams got competitive rather quickly seemingly near the same time. Good times indeed.
Augie Posted October 15, 2016 Posted October 15, 2016 That was the last time I loved the NBA. We had some lower level corner season tix (splitting the season with another family - plenty!). I was young, the seats were close to the court and it was amazing. We lived almost next to Bob Kaufman and my sister used to babysit for them. (She also babysat for Butch Byrd.) The league wasn't bigger than life then. I think they practiced at the JCC where I'd go with friends (not sure on that, many years have passed). That was a cool time. Love my college hoops now, no NBA till the playoffs.
