I'm an out of towner and my wing game is inexcusable for a Bills fan. I have mastered many a good meal but wings always come out mediocre. This weekend I plan on smoked wings. Secret blend of spices while smoking.(orion smoker) Then drenched in Franks and laid on cookie sheets. Then, later when i reach my destination, crisped in the oven, then another bath in Franks. OMG. Heaven and hell in your mouth at the same time!
