Wayne Cubed Posted January 23, 2017 Posted January 23, 2017 (edited) OMG, So Tom Brady is some magical frickin' Warlock, who's pre-snap spells confuse opponents into leaving guys wide open? You're right about it not being hard.... It's as simple as us stinking at things they're good at! Got it, so you don't understand. Obviously any QB could identify coverages and mismatches. #34fan Posted January 23, 2017 Posted January 23, 2017 any QB could identify coverages and mismatches. They absolutely should... We need a guy that does that very thing...
Maury Ballstein Posted January 23, 2017 Posted January 23, 2017 one can argue that hogan would likely add more to the patriots than watkins Delete your account.
Kirby Jackson Posted January 23, 2017 Posted January 23, 2017 Hogan over 3.5 catches and 39 1/2 yards!! Yes please!! Love Hogan!!
Numark3 Posted January 23, 2017 Posted January 23, 2017 (edited) really? i'm not saying hogan is more talented, by any means but i am saying that Hogan is more apt to produce for the patriots simply because he's available every snap. if hogan went down they'd go from having their #3 target to #4 which is a big jump. edleman is being beat by hogan week in and week otu and anyone watchign the games can see hogan is now more or less the #2 on the taem. gronk is out so hogan has become the #1 target the last 4-5 weeks as brady and hogan got more familiar with each other in a george michael kind of way. watkisn would be hurt or banged up. Yes really. For so many reasons. And edleman is not being beat out by hogan. Edelman targets the last 5 weeks of the regular season = 15, 12 , 8, 13, 13 Hogan targets the last 5 weeks of the regular season = 7, 2, 5, 4, 4. So by Hogan being the #1 receiver, you mean like not really at all. Bennet is also the primary receiver, and their running backs get more targets. Hogan is the 4th receiver on a team that lost gronk. He is also nothing special and there is no difference between hogan and any other #4 or #5 receiver the team has thrown out there. If hogan got hurt and didn't play, there would not be a difference. Watkins, if healthy, would dominate and be a top 3 WR in the league with tom brady. If watkins was hurt, then whoever the #5 receiver is would paly and be the same as hogan. One last thing, Hogan replaced Brandon Lafell. 2015 Lafell substantially outproduced 2016 Hogan in every way. And that was operating much lower on the depth chart with a healthy gronk and productive amendola. Edited January 23, 2017 by Crayola64
thebandit27 Posted January 23, 2017 Posted January 23, 2017 Clearly. There is literally no possible way that you can honestly believe that. Zero. None. And if you tell me that you do, I won't believe you. Seriously.
#34fan Posted January 23, 2017 Posted January 23, 2017 Delete your account. Ryan you are SUCH a Sammy Groupie... Watkins is good... He has NOT worked out the way we thought he would... That's not entirely on him.... However, his injury history should make any normal person think about a time when he's no longer here...
Augie Posted January 23, 2017 Posted January 23, 2017 Hogan over 3.5 catches and 39 1/2 yards!! Yes please!! Love Hogan!! Hogan fanatic? Patriots fan? Or other motivation? Hmmmmm

BADOLBILZ Posted January 23, 2017 Posted January 23, 2017 (edited) Hogan over 3.5 catches and 39 1/2 yards!! Yes please!! Love Hogan!! Your critical takes of Hogan were vindicated this year......he's nothing special. He wasn't worth the money but as it worked out I think Taylor missed him though........he had a nice deep ball connection with Hogan. The Bills marched some scrubs out there this season. He is their biggest offensive threà

If you think Hogan is better, Delete your account too. Watkins is a !@#$ing kitty!!!. In a must win game, in overtime, that kitty steps out of bounds without the first down to avoid contact. I cant believe people defend that gutless, selfish, POS!!!

The guy has played through injuries for much of 3 seasons. He's not a kitty.
Augie Posted January 23, 2017 Posted January 23, 2017 So...does this mean the SB will actually be a good game? This is usually my favorite weekend.
