EmotionallyUnstable Posted August 16, 2016 Posted August 16, 2016 Your right, speeding is actually dangerous I'm dying...hahaha
Maury Ballstein Posted August 16, 2016 Posted August 16, 2016 Even Rex's staunchest supporters couldn't have bought the "all in" crap because clearly his finger is not on the pulse of the team. For Pete's sake he didn't even check in on Henderson enough to know he was recovering from a disease and now he knows every player has bought in? Crusade it up take 68,005 !
davspo Posted August 16, 2016 Posted August 16, 2016 Almost everyone close to him has died (grandma, mom, dad, mentor, brother). Again, he is like the only player I actually feel bad for. He's not a bad guy at all. I, and may other people out there lost their parents young, and have had tragedy in there life. I never said he was a bad guy. Stupid- yes, selfish- yes. He wanted the money and he got it, be a man and earn it. This franchise has not made the playoffs in 17 years. We drafted this guy very high, paid him handsomely. If he wants the cash, he has to face the heat.
xsoldier54 Posted August 16, 2016 Posted August 16, 2016 Explains last night's moves. Exactly right. Kyle moves over and Ta' Amu enters the rotation with Bierman providing some depth.
Wayne Arnold Posted August 16, 2016 Posted August 16, 2016 I've seen it ruin several lives and see no reason to open up that misery on others by making it legal. Can we criminalize sugar? I've seen that ruin way more lives than any substance out there. Heart disease is the #1 cause of death.
stony Posted August 16, 2016 Posted August 16, 2016 Another get out of jail card for GM/coach if season goes up in flames.
EmotionallyUnstable Posted August 16, 2016 Posted August 16, 2016 I wonder how the team responds to this. If he were my teammate, I'd be furious.
Andrew Son Posted August 16, 2016 Posted August 16, 2016 Can we criminalize sugar? I've seen that ruin way more lives than any substance out there. Heart disease is the #1 cause of death. They probably had the munchies
stony Posted August 16, 2016 Posted August 16, 2016 Can we criminalize sugar? I've seen that ruin way more lives than any substance out there. Heart disease is the #1 cause of death. Not to mention health care coverage rising given the amount of fat asses needing treatment.
NoSaint Posted August 16, 2016 Posted August 16, 2016 It's not the policy's fault that he couldn't lay off the buds. He owns this; terrible decision-making. hes had plenty of opportunities, and come to jesus moments --- at this point theres definitely no pointing at the policy, or his situation growing up. hes got to be a man and own it. his quote last season when dealing with the drag racing and drug arrests along the lines of "i just go out and things happen" was among the most disappointing ive heard from a player in his situation.
EmotionallyUnstable Posted August 16, 2016 Posted August 16, 2016 Another get out of jail card for GM/coach if season goes up in flames. Rex and Doug are on two different levels IMO
stony Posted August 16, 2016 Posted August 16, 2016 (edited) Rex and Doug are on two different levels IMO You're probably right, but both will frame their defense the same way. I don't think this ruins the season, though. Edited August 16, 2016 by stony
C.Biscuit97 Posted August 16, 2016 Posted August 16, 2016 I, and may other people out there lost their parents young, and have had tragedy in there life. I never said he was a bad guy. Stupid- yes, selfish- yes. He wanted the money and he got it, be a man and earn it. This franchise has not made the playoffs in 17 years. We drafted this guy very high, paid him handsomely. If he wants the cash, he has to face the heat. That's fair. I also thought his weed use is masking for a bigger issue. I do wonder if the team has counselors for him. He always struck me as a guy who smiled a lot but is in a lot of pain. That said, a ton of Players are smoking weed. I have first hand knowledge of a player a few years ago was the "weed spot" for the team.
26CornerBlitz Posted August 16, 2016 Posted August 16, 2016 Marcel needs to have a long chat with Tyrann Mathieu.
EmotionallyUnstable Posted August 16, 2016 Posted August 16, 2016 You're probably right, but both will frame their defense the same way. You can't deny the fact they could start the season without 5 projected starts (Shaq, Manny, Marcell, Ragland, A Williams) Not an excuse, but notable nonetheless
CardinalScotts Posted August 16, 2016 Posted August 16, 2016 why are we all so upset with the players it's Rex Ryans fault- were not talking about grown men - these are children and Rex is in charge
CommonCents Posted August 16, 2016 Posted August 16, 2016 Cap heads.... What does this tweet from Spotrac mean? https://mobile.twitter.com/spotrac?ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5Eauthor
plenzmd1 Posted August 16, 2016 Author Posted August 16, 2016 So did the synthetic weed put him at 1st step? Scary part is he is now is still subject to year-round testing, and next offense is 10 games...
Coach Tuesday Posted August 16, 2016 Posted August 16, 2016 Rex Ryan won't be a head coach again for a long, long time.
ALF Posted August 16, 2016 Posted August 16, 2016 I just hope Glenn and Richie are 100% for regular season
