jethro_tull Posted August 16, 2016 Posted August 16, 2016 Off to a promising start are the healthy members of the Bills first five draft picks. Adolphus Washington had a strong game as starting DT in the first half, doing his job as a run stopper. Cardale Jones showed character and a winning attitude on an impressive last minute drive to try and win the game. Runner Jonathan Williams led the Bills with 44 yards on 8 attempts. Very encouraging play by these three rookies.

eball Posted August 16, 2016 Posted August 16, 2016 I'm sorry, you didn't get the memo -- Whaley sucks because the 1st rounder will miss 6 games and the 2nd rounder tore his ACL.
Marty McFly Posted August 16, 2016 Posted August 16, 2016 They all played solid. I imagine if we had a healthy Shaq and Reggie, they would have played well and wed all be celebrating the best AFC east draft
White Linen Posted August 16, 2016 Posted August 16, 2016 I'm sorry, you didn't get the memo -- Whaley sucks because the 1st rounder will miss 6 games and the 2nd rounder tore his ACL. ^^ This We are not allowed to say anything good about our draft picks.
LeGOATski Posted August 16, 2016 Posted August 16, 2016 True. Great role players. The Ragland injury is really putting a damper on my enthusiasm.
Malazan Posted August 16, 2016 Posted August 16, 2016 I'm sorry, you didn't get the memo -- Whaley sucks because the 1st rounder will miss 6 games and the 2nd rounder tore his ACL. Seriously, where has this guy been? Whaley also didn't foresee the Saints 1st rounder getting hurt because he hired a sub-standard medical team on the orders of Russ Brandon who got his orders from Littman who got his orders from Ralph who is cheap.
jethro_tull Posted August 17, 2016 Author Posted August 17, 2016 anything positive about this team is being overshadowed by the injuries and suspensions. stuff happens, sometimes more than others. let's see how they do on the field. the first game went well IMHO.
Doc Posted August 17, 2016 Posted August 17, 2016 True. Great role players. The Ragland injury is really putting a damper on my enthusiasm. Washington is a starter and if Seymour plays nickel, that's essentially a starter as well. As for Ragland, it would be much worse if the Brown Bros weren't looking good in the middle.
Blokestradamus Posted August 17, 2016 Posted August 17, 2016 Seymour can be added to the list as well Seymour wasn't a draft pick. Tasker said so.
Freddie's Dead Posted August 17, 2016 Posted August 17, 2016 Enough with the optimism! We're screwed!
LeGOATski Posted August 17, 2016 Posted August 17, 2016 Seymour wasn't a draft pick. Tasker said so. "Great play by Javier Arenas!...uh...I mean....Preston Brown!"
