This wasn't just any note, either, it was a "You've been randomly selected to take a drug test" note. The NFL seems to love giving "random" drug tests to McAfee. The punter also had to take one on April 21 after he made a 4-20 joke on Twitter. This time around, McAfee was kind of expecting the test. "I would have been offended if they didn't test me," McAfee said, via ESPN.com. "You average 59 yards a punt. If you don't get tested for that, you're kind of upset about it to be honest."
