Deranged Rhino Posted August 12, 2016 Posted August 12, 2016 For Goodwin.......it's prep, effort, toughness........basically everything because for the most part he's just been f*cking off the past couple seasons. Because he could. Trolling right along...
CommonCents Posted August 12, 2016 Posted August 12, 2016 I don't think the Giants consider OBJ their speed guy, nor does Atlanta of Julio. They catch the ball everywhere. Julio is 6'3 220, he could carry Goodwin around on his back.
BADOLBILZ Posted August 12, 2016 Posted August 12, 2016 Trolling right along... There's my boy! Good boy! At least you are owning your role now.
Uffalo Ills Posted August 13, 2016 Posted August 13, 2016 Maybe they just should have split the season. First 8 games/last 8 games. At least with Goodwin it is just the physical. Harvin had other issues, as well. Funny, I don't remember any locker room disputes involving Harvin in his time here. He looked to be a pretty solid leader on the team. But maybe I'm losing it.

Uffalo Ills Posted August 13, 2016 Posted August 13, 2016 He was gone after week 5... Yeah and? From all accounts he was a positive influence in camp and up until week 5. I dont get what the duration of his leadership has to do with my statement

But maybe I'm losing it. When his hip started acting up I think he checked out. If I recall, Rex had to persuade him in November to not retire. My comment didn't have anything to do with locker room troubles.

26CornerBlitz Posted August 13, 2016 Author Posted August 13, 2016 @salmaiorana Marquise Goodwin jumping into #Bills' WR competition. He missed Olympics, but he's having a great camp. http://on.rocne.ws/2bnBZBe via @DandC
EmotionallyUnstable Posted August 13, 2016 Posted August 13, 2016 I want to see this guy rack up catches tonight. Not long bombs. Short, quick hitters to see if he can run the full route tree and take the punishment that may come with it
26CornerBlitz Posted August 13, 2016 Author Posted August 13, 2016 @PhillipDiminno @JoeBuscaglia Who has the edge at WR3 going into tonights game? Really like Goodwin. @JoeBuscaglia Joe Buscaglia Retweeted Phillip Diminno 2. You're right on it. It's Goodwin. He's been the only one of the bunch to really stand out.
ALF Posted August 13, 2016 Posted August 13, 2016 Everyone is hoping for Glass to transition to Flash .
mannc Posted August 14, 2016 Posted August 14, 2016 I would love to see Goodwin on the field with Cardale.
jms62 Posted August 14, 2016 Posted August 14, 2016 I had huge hopes for Goodwin giving this team what James Lofton did 25 years ago. The ability to stretch the field to open up the inside for Watkins,Clay and shady. Last year I finally wrote him off due to his inability to stay on the field. Seeing this thread gave me pause that I may have given up too soon. Then he gets hurt last night celbrating a touchdown. Put me in the camp of expecting nothing and anything he gives is a bonus but I would not want him to take a roster spot of someone who can contribute consistently.
Buffaloed in Pa Posted August 14, 2016 Posted August 14, 2016 He will get hurt soon enough. Always does. Bet on it.
Billschinatown Posted August 14, 2016 Posted August 14, 2016 He will get hurt soon enough. Always does. Bet on it. Original thought; good share.
Buffaloed in Pa Posted August 14, 2016 Posted August 14, 2016 Original thought; good share. Nothing here. We all know what will happen . Waste of time and energy.
John from Riverside Posted August 14, 2016 Posted August 14, 2016 Julio is 6'3 220, he could carry Goodwin around on his back. Im thinking more like under one arm Quote
Mr. WEO Posted August 14, 2016 Posted August 14, 2016 Goodwin did not impress. Couldn't outrun coverage. First one was a perfectly thrown ball by TT that he showed no real speed to catch up to. The other corner EZ throw he was also not able to separate and get a hand on.
