26CornerBlitz Posted August 10, 2016 Posted August 10, 2016 Marquise Goodwin's Game Taking Noticeable Leap Forward Marquise Goodwin's missed opportunity at the Olympics has allowed him to shine through the first two weeks of training camp.
26CornerBlitz Posted August 10, 2016 Author Posted August 10, 2016 Wait unfil the bullets fly That has been proven to be a prudent approach given the injury history. It's still a case of skepticism for me with a demonstrated lack of ability to stay on the field.
snafu Posted August 10, 2016 Posted August 10, 2016 4th year vet being noticed in camp? Sweet.... Might have been last year if a roster spot wasn't wasted on Harvin. Not saying that Goodwin's the answer but I hope he kicks butt with this chance.

Maybe this is his year, but doubtful.

First 8 games/last 8 games. At least with Goodwin it is just the physical. Harvin had other issues, as well.
BADOLBILZ Posted August 10, 2016 Posted August 10, 2016 Marquise Goodwin's Game Taking Noticeable Leap Forward Humph go figur
billsfanmiami(oh) Posted August 10, 2016 Posted August 10, 2016 When he can take a tackle without breaking a rib, I'll get excited

QB Bills Posted August 10, 2016 Posted August 10, 2016 I've always been a Goodwin fan. Blazing speed, good blocker, and he's got a bit of swagger to him. He's had some bad luck with injuries but I'm not surprised he's showing well so far. Guy's got talent.
BaaadThingsMan Posted August 10, 2016 Posted August 10, 2016 Olympic dream is dead, time to give that same effort towards being a WR now.

Been a big disappointment for me that he is just one of those guys that can't take the physicality of the NFL.
#34fan Posted August 10, 2016 Posted August 10, 2016 (edited) 5'9" and made of popsicle sticks.... I got nothing against Goodwin, but he HAD his time here, and for whatever reason didn't produce... Color me ready to turn the page. Edited August 10, 2016 by #34fan

If you had started a thread asking "which NFL WR does Goodwin NOT remind you of most?", I would have to say Steve Smith (and actual hard ass) would be at the top of nearly everyone's list. I dont know about that Triple....if he had Steve Smith's toughness nobody would be complaining about him
bacarri and coke Posted August 10, 2016 Posted August 10, 2016 I still want the guy to get one more chance.People have been struck by lightning multiple times so maybe the guy just has incredibly bad luck. Then there is the alternative that being he infact was born with bird bones...CAW!!!CCKAW!!ca!
