PromoTheRobot Posted August 18, 2016 Posted August 18, 2016 This neede to be approved?? way to go Goodell you clown. Fans will be refunded in coupons good for outdated NFL jerseys.
26CornerBlitz Posted August 18, 2016 Posted August 18, 2016 @AP_NFL Hall of Fame refunding ticket, hotel costs for canceled game The 4 million is what the HOF is saying is for ticket refunds. The suit seeks 5 million. Ticket holders aren't entitled to hotel and travel reimbursement when a game is canceled 90 min before kickoff. They should read the back of their tickets. Ticketholders will receive a full ticket refund, as well as a reimbursement of many expenses including all processing, shipping and handling fees, pre-paid parking purchased through the Hall of Fame, pre-sale reservation fees, and one night of hotel accommodations to eligible fans, subject to appropriate review, approval, and verification. Say what?
Gugny Posted August 18, 2016 Posted August 18, 2016 For the Hall of Fame games that are actually played, if I accidentally turn it on, can I be reimbursed for any minutes of my life wasted whilst watching that crap?
Mr. WEO Posted August 18, 2016 Posted August 18, 2016 @AP_NFL Hall of Fame refunding ticket, hotel costs for canceled game Say what? They probably figured it was cheaper than the law suit going forward---for "eligible fans, subject to appropriate review, approval, and verification", of course.
Chilly Posted August 18, 2016 Author Posted August 18, 2016 (edited) Goodell (and the NFL) had nothing at all to do with refunds, but rant on!! The NFL, acting as partner, should have oversight of the refunds. (Just kidding ) Good on the HOF for refunding hotel costs. They definitely didn't have to do it, that's a nice gesture. They definitely didn't have to do it, that's a nice gesture. They should just get rid of that silly game permanently. No team wants to play in it--look who the starting QBs were going to be. And it's played on a HS field tended to by Parks and Rec types.
