Buftex Posted February 22, 2005 Author Posted February 22, 2005 I asked that earlier...still havent found anything or gotten an answer!!! 248807 As someone posted, Pollard is a decent run blocker, and a very good pass blocker. He has gotten better in that phase of the game, further into his carreer.
Pine Barrens Mafia Posted February 22, 2005 Posted February 22, 2005 I've met you and you're definitely a "tough guy". I'm going to cal you "Uber-pack" from now on 248762 How's the job holding Flootie's jock going?
Pine Barrens Mafia Posted February 22, 2005 Posted February 22, 2005 Merely trying to provide a bit of optimism. Cur. IF you have been working on your vocabulary, you need not look that up unless you are familiar with it's application... You won't beat me, Six-Pack. Like you said, I'm OLD. But perhaps we will meet in a dive some day. 248805 I fart in your general direction!
Alaska Darin Posted February 22, 2005 Posted February 22, 2005 How's the job holding Flootie's jock going? 248824 That explains why it's so hard to understand him when he talks! Thanks.
stuckincincy Posted February 22, 2005 Posted February 22, 2005 I fart in your general direction! 248828 I would expect no less. It defines you perfectly, and certainly must make your varoius parents proud in having a farting son to carry on their traditions and values.

scribo Posted February 22, 2005 Posted February 22, 2005 Real question: Pollard and anyone else who was cut today may be signed at any time for thie point forward, correct? So there should be lots of action at OBD.
stuckincincy Posted February 22, 2005 Posted February 22, 2005 Why I oughtta.... 248862 ...stop flinging this and that and realize that most folks are ok and have differing opinions and accept that concept, without resorting to insult and ridicule and self aggrandizment. That includes much of our government. We are't a basket case, here, ya know. Believe it or not, I'd hoist a drink with you, and BTW stop thinking you know everything about everything. Got it? And FU.
scribo Posted February 22, 2005 Posted February 22, 2005 Match 2nd is the start of FA 248871 Yes, but a player cut today can sign today, right? See: Akili Smith.

stuckincincy Posted February 22, 2005 Posted February 22, 2005 You are a classic rodomontade. See ya.
Buftex Posted February 22, 2005 Author Posted February 22, 2005 Yes, but a player cut today can sign today, right? See: Akili Smith. 248875 Akili Smith was a total free agent, as not signed to any team previously...
34-78-83 Posted February 22, 2005 Posted February 22, 2005 JSP, did I catch you on a good day (at the Pittsburgh game tailgate) ? You seemed awfully nice to me
scribo Posted February 22, 2005 Posted February 22, 2005 Akili Smith was a total free agent, as not signed to any team previously... 248940 A total free agent? Meaning he was not on a team at the end of the season? That is interesting.
Losman-McGahee-Evans Posted February 22, 2005 Posted February 22, 2005 Yes, the Colts thought so highly of him they cut him and kept Dallas Clark 248499 Ummm....they cut him due to his cap number, not his perfromance.
stuckincincy Posted February 22, 2005 Posted February 22, 2005 A total free agent? Meaning he was not on a team at the end of the season? That is interesting. 248947 Huh? He's been out of the NFL for three years. The B'gals had to chow down and have fully swallowed the money and cap cost. Not quite understanding what you are talking about here Scribo..????

Not quite understanding what you are talking about here Scribo..???? 248954 I'm asking buftek what a "total free agent" is. I am aware of the Smith situation. He said Smith was able to sign with a team before March 2 because he was a "total free agent," but that Pollard could not sign with the Bills until March 2 because he isn't a totalf free agent.
stuckincincy Posted February 22, 2005 Posted February 22, 2005 Got it. Didn't mean to question you about the obvious....
