Maybe a little hyperextension that will heal all on its own in no time? Did that sound convincing? I trying very hard not to cry.... I hate training camp and preseason!!!

I'm no expert, but that sounds like it could be a patellar strain (I see it a lot when athletes are doing mid-speed COD drills).
