LB3 Posted August 12, 2016 Posted August 12, 2016 (edited) I'm going with: Mylar balloon, into nearby stadium power transformer, which then knocks down power lines, which then land RIGHT in a cup a Gatorade that Tyrod is raising to his lips. Nope. Kevin Kolb comes to visit. It starts raining heavily as he's walking to the field. Slips on a mat but is caught by Dareus before he breaks his neck. Across the field, Tyrod and Sammy are busy not signing autographs and laughing at Kolb. An overzealous fan shoves a photo in Sammy's face, he pushes the guy's hand away quickly and the paper cuts Tyrod on the thumb...bleeds out. Edited August 12, 2016 by LBSeeBallLBGetBall
Maury Ballstein Posted August 12, 2016 Posted August 12, 2016 In my opinion this season revolves around him..... If you have a legit franchise QB....you can overcome a lot of things at other positions But let's not credit him with wins or losses.
Corp000085 Posted August 12, 2016 Posted August 12, 2016 It's why this deal is getting done They know they likely will have to pay tyrod so why not get this deal done which is fair for both sides Which gives the bills leverage vs Gilmore which will put some pressure on him to get a deal done Yup. Plus it's ultimately cheaper to sign the qb and use the tag on a CB rather than the other way around. I'm just sooo gun shy given our precious history of signing QBs before they are proven.

Or that time in 1998 When no one associated with the current team was around?
DrDawkinstein Posted August 12, 2016 Posted August 12, 2016 The second TT signs this, he is going to get hurt. It's like Final Destination. What ya got? Knee or Hammy tomorrow?
FireChan Posted August 12, 2016 Posted August 12, 2016 (edited) What ya got? Knee or Hammy tomorrow? Dark horse. Broken fingers. And toes. Edited August 12, 2016 by FireChan
DrDawkinstein Posted August 12, 2016 Posted August 12, 2016 (edited) Dark horse. Broken fingers. And toes. Ooohh, good one. Bangs his hand off OL helmet throwing a pass, out the first 4 weeks. We lose the backup battle against the Pats. Wonderful. Edited August 12, 2016 by DrDareustein
Heitz Posted August 12, 2016 Posted August 12, 2016 @ByTimGraham I'm hearing upcoming Tyrod Taylor deal is not a bridge contract. Bills are all-in, maybe as long as six years (unsure on options). Wow - unexpected, if true...

Corp000085 Posted August 12, 2016 Posted August 12, 2016 You mean the one time they did that 5 years ago? Or that time in 1998 When no one associated with the current team was around? 100% yes. However, TT seems like the real deal. If he stays healthy and can make smart plays, he's a mid to top tier guy so we may as well pay him now. I'm just leery.

Maury Ballstein Posted August 12, 2016 Posted August 12, 2016 What ya got? Knee or Hammy tomorrow? Strained retina. Tried to look OVER THE MIDDLE more than once a day.
The Wiz Posted August 12, 2016 Posted August 12, 2016 Strained retina. Tried to look OVER THE MIDDLE more than once a day. I heard EJ got that trying to look too fast. Career ender.
John from Riverside Posted August 12, 2016 Posted August 12, 2016 Along with that contract should be wording that he gets fined every time he does not slide or takes unecessary risks.
WhitewalkerInPhilly Posted August 12, 2016 Posted August 12, 2016 Twitter rumor: 5 years 75m If so, that's a pretty darn good deal for the Bills.
The Wiz Posted August 12, 2016 Posted August 12, 2016 If so, that's a pretty darn good deal for the Bills. I agree but think that sounds a bit low. He would probably still be the lowest paid starter in the league (not on a rookie contract).
YoloinOhio Posted August 12, 2016 Author Posted August 12, 2016 Twitter rumor: 5 years 75msaw that - unsure how credible that account is. 30 mill gtd
