Augie Posted July 23, 2016 Posted July 23, 2016 (edited) That's a great win for her! I'll be looking for her. I wonder if Stosur regrets hitting with her prior to the match? BTW - Stosur LOOKS like the reason for the need to be testing for PED's. Just sayin'. Edited July 24, 2016 by Augie

Mike in Horseheads Posted July 23, 2016 Posted July 23, 2016 At the same time Pegula doesn't look like she's quite in shape enough to be a top player. Shes looking pretty good in the picture in the article!
Augie Posted July 24, 2016 Posted July 24, 2016 Jessica Pegula semi match about to start on Tennis Channel. FYI
White Linen Posted July 24, 2016 Posted July 24, 2016 Shes looking pretty good in the picture in the article! Nah, she's a little soft for a pro tennis player I didn't know she was born in Buffalo (1994). I honestly didn't know they were in New York that long together.
26CornerBlitz Posted July 24, 2016 Posted July 24, 2016 She lost in the semis: https://www.washingtonpost.com/sports/at-citi-open-lauren-davis-tops-jessica-pegula-in-all-american-semifinal/2016/07/23/8cc1186c-5040-11e6-a7d8-13d06b37f256_story.html
bbb Posted July 25, 2016 Posted July 25, 2016 I thought she was going to come back to win. She was down 0-3 (including 2 breaks) and then made it 3-3. Davis looked to be choking and Jesse had all the confidence. She went up 40-15 with her serve and somehow blew the game, and then lost the rest of the games.
