Greybeard Posted July 22, 2016 Posted July 22, 2016 When something like this pops up, I always wonder, "who was the first person to discover it tasted like Raspberry?" Immediately followed with, "and why?"

Greybeard Posted July 22, 2016 Posted July 22, 2016 Yup. I asked myself the same question. CBF Dam that was a fast response.
Chef Jim Posted July 22, 2016 Posted July 22, 2016 (edited) i want to know who the first person to discover it was.... I'm assuming it was the beaver. Wait now I'm confused. Is it beaver or anal juice? Edited July 22, 2016 by Chef Jim
eball Posted July 22, 2016 Posted July 22, 2016 Guy 1: HEY! You got beaver ass juice in my cranberries! Guy 2: HEY! You got cranberries in my beaver ass juice! {light bulb moment} I want to know why Guy 1 was anywhere within the vicinity of Guy 2.
Johnny Hammersticks Posted July 22, 2016 Posted July 22, 2016 I'm assuming it was the beaver. Wait now I'm confused. Is it beaver or anal juice? Beaver ass juice tastes like raspberries, apparently.
DC Tom Posted July 22, 2016 Posted July 22, 2016 When something like this pops up, I always wonder, "who was the first person to discover it tasted like Raspberry?" Immediately followed with, "and why?" It's a flavor enhancer, not a flavor replacer. It doesn't taste like raspberry. It probably tastes like leather.
Chef Jim Posted July 22, 2016 Posted July 22, 2016 It's a flavor enhancer, not a flavor replacer. It doesn't taste like raspberry. It probably tastes like leather. No it probably tastes like beaver ass. Next to beaver ass petty much anything will taste better.
DC Tom Posted July 22, 2016 Posted July 22, 2016 No it probably tastes like beaver ass. Next to beaver ass petty much anything will taste better. Which probably tastes like leather.
Chilly Posted July 22, 2016 Posted July 22, 2016 Which probably tastes like leather. How many animal assess have you tasted?
DC Tom Posted July 22, 2016 Posted July 22, 2016 When something like this pops up, I always wonder, "who was the first person to discover it tasted like Raspberry?" Immediately followed with, "and why?" I always wonder that about milk. Who was the first person to see that come out of a goat/cow/horse, and say "Hey, I gotta try me some of that!" How many animal assess have you tasted? None. But beavers use their scent gland to mark territory, and it's reported to smell leathery. And since smell is a major component of taste...
Chilly Posted July 22, 2016 Posted July 22, 2016 According to Time, it smells like vanilla: http://newsfeed.time.com/2013/10/03/your-vanilla-ice-cream-may-actually-smell-like-beaver-butt/ Who is going to take one for the team and go sniff some beaver ass?
Beerball Posted July 22, 2016 Posted July 22, 2016 So I have a desktop calander where every day is a new "OMG Fact" and this was todays... "Castoreum: Beaver anal juice, is most commonly found as a flavor enhancer in raspberry products" I'm heart broken. I love raspberry flavored stuff CBF You should be banned for sharing this information.
