Do you think the NFLPA, the NFL's "partners", would pay for it? I think the partner part is like a spouse who shacks up with a new guy as soon as it is finalized but does not marry the new beau because she does not want to lose the alimony.

Veteran reporter Rachel Nichols, then with CNN, took the microphone to ask Goodell a question regarding the fact that the Mueller report had been funded by the NFL, and so would Ted Wells’ investigation into the newly minted Deflategate.
“Somebody has to pay them, Rachel,” Goodell said, midway through his answer. “Unless you're volunteering, which I don’t think you are, we will do that.”

I would just like to say it has been an exciting and rewarding ten years as Commissioner and I look forward to at least ten more years of continuing to improve the NFL experience for players and fans alike.
