Chilly Posted July 20, 2016 Posted July 20, 2016 Can't be Bruce Mathison. He played too many games and the OP's criteria was one game. So, as the QB that played the worst in the fewer games wins out. Get the logic. Mathison sucked, but like the previous poster said, it isn't even close for second: At least one game, not exactly one game.
Mr. WEO Posted July 20, 2016 Posted July 20, 2016 look to the bottom of this list: http://forums.twobillsdrive.com/topic/186441-ranking-all-buffalo-bill-qbs-who-have-started-one-game/
eball Posted July 20, 2016 Posted July 20, 2016 Joe Dufek won a game in replacement players, I think 6-3 against the Giants. Otherwise known as the Todd Schlopy game. Worst sporting event I've ever witnessed live.
hondo in seattle Posted July 20, 2016 Posted July 20, 2016 If have to throw Gary Marangi's name into this competition. In 11 games in 1976, Marangi's completed 35% of his passes with 7 TDs and 16 INTS. Those games were painful to watch.
snafu Posted July 20, 2016 Posted July 20, 2016 (edited) Gotta love a guy who was not only that bad a QB, but also thought the key to a good passing game was changing the color of the helmets...That was also the season, If I remember right, when Joe Dufek replaced Joe Ferguson. Dufek was the first guy who came to my mind though the more I think about it I don't think Dufek was the worst. Edited July 20, 2016 by snafu
