uticaclub Posted July 14, 2016 Posted July 14, 2016 He wants to play for a team that will win. There is nothing to make anyone billieve that will happen here

Beef Jerky Posted July 14, 2016 Posted July 14, 2016 He wants to play for a team that will win. There is nothing to make anyone billieve that will happen here Or in NO, they are so bad management wise that they can't field a proper team. Drew Brees can pass for 5,000 yards and they still can't win games

White Linen Posted July 17, 2016 Posted July 17, 2016 Bolden is so under appreciated it's not fair. No kidding. He's got hall of fame credentials.
BuffalothruMyVeins Posted July 17, 2016 Posted July 17, 2016 Or in NO, they are so bad management wise that they can't field a proper team. Drew Brees can pass for 5,000 yards and they still can't win games In fact, I think that in ways Brees is HELPED by how poor his team us, as in the 3rd and 4th quarters, they are throwing the ball around, still, trying to catch up when their defense lets the other team continually go down the field and score, instead of running the ball late in the game because they have the lead and they're trying to put the game to bed by killing the clock.

Man, it would suck to have their DC...
vincec Posted July 17, 2016 Posted July 17, 2016 Man, it would suck to have their DC... It's not his fault. The head coach told him to suck, so what could he do?
MarlinTheMagician Posted July 17, 2016 Posted July 17, 2016 Would love Boldin here, but I guess that would never happen. Could be great for all the young wideouts.
3rdand12 Posted July 17, 2016 Posted July 17, 2016 Would love Boldin here, but I guess that would never happen. Could be great for all the young wideouts. agreed Marlin. He would be an asset to any young receiving team. Not sure if that is his mentality though
26CornerBlitz Posted July 26, 2016 Author Posted July 26, 2016 @AdamSchefter Former 49ers, Ravens and Cardinals' WR Anquan Boldin plans to sign a 1-year deal with Lions, per sources. Two sides now finalizing deal. @RapSheet Veteran WR Anquan Boldin is signing with the #Lions, source said (as @AdamSchefter reported). #Eagles and #Saints also showed real interest
Santana Posted July 26, 2016 Posted July 26, 2016 interesting.....Tate, Boldin, Kerley, Lance Moore, TJ Jones, Corey Fuller, Andre Caldwell, Marvin Jones, Andre Roberts....They have A LOT of receivers going into camp. Should be an intense competition.
Kemp2Warlick Posted July 26, 2016 Posted July 26, 2016 Pro Football Focus @PFF 8m8 minutes ago Since 2006, new @Lions receiver Anquan Boldin has earned a top-33 WR grade every year.

Should be an intense competition. I know it would get some irate (former Jet and all) but, if Kerley didn't make their 53 and the Bills PR situation looks shaky in preseason, I would snap him up for vet minimum. Not a great WR or anything but he could provide PR and WR depth. Maybe a Hester type would be a specialist returner at nearly 34 and we'd be carrying 4 WRs plus Easley/Hester that can't contribute in the passing game.
