PromoTheRobot Posted July 2, 2016 Posted July 2, 2016 (edited) Boiled hot dogs are an abomination. Grilled only, preferably over charcoal. Sahlen's or Zweigel's. Wardynski's will also do. Edited July 2, 2016 by PromoTheRobot
snafu Posted July 3, 2016 Posted July 3, 2016 Went to the store and didn't see the boars head dogs. They must be too fancy for the hot dog aisle, I guess. Bought two packs today. They are our go-to dogs. I always thought their distribution was limited to downstate NY/tri-state area but I could easily be wrong about that. They've got good cold cuts and their hot dogs are pretty good too. I like Nathan's too, as well as Sabrette. I like a nice well done Sahlens when I'm in WNY.
Corp000085 Posted July 3, 2016 Posted July 3, 2016 Sahlen dogs. Thank god they have started to distribute in the NC market. I can get them at the Harris Teeter down the road from my house now. Unfortunately, they only come in the 1lb package though.
Buffalo Barbarian Posted July 5, 2016 Posted July 5, 2016 Sahlen's loyalty in Buffalo is strong... and deserved
