Yes Fake like a lot of big breasts and many articles in that "newspaper".

Notice how they mention the article is fake they still have the large photoshopped picture to attract viewers rather than just putting retraction on page. Sort of like politics where politician makes big comment for the press and very extreme voters and then with a wink says "it was taken out of context".

 

A true retraction should be telling readers what they are doing to prevent such faux publications not adding tags to increase visibility in search engines.
