YoloinOhio Posted June 24, 2016 Posted June 24, 2016 Aka "hot takes" on NFL/football - post 'em here... I'll kick it off -- Jim Harbaugh is the Rex Ryan of CFB No, I'm not wrong. It's up to him to prove me wrong.
FireChan Posted June 24, 2016 Posted June 24, 2016 (edited) Doug Marrone is the best coach we've had in a decade and the Pegulas blew it when they tried to play hardball with him. Edited June 24, 2016 by FireChan

Gugny Posted June 24, 2016 Posted June 24, 2016 Tyrod Taylor's career will end up looking a lot like Bob Griffin's.
YoloinOhio Posted June 24, 2016 Author Posted June 24, 2016 (edited) Ok - new hot takes. Not old hot takes. FC and Gugny. You will hit the nerve with those of which we won't recover. Edited June 24, 2016 by YoloinOhio
Mr. WEO Posted June 24, 2016 Posted June 24, 2016 Jim Harbaugh could not be less similar in every way to Rex Ryan.
FireChan Posted June 24, 2016 Posted June 24, 2016 (edited) Jerry Hughes is overpaid and will not reach a level of production commensurate with his level of pay. Edited June 24, 2016 by FireChan
YoloinOhio Posted June 24, 2016 Author Posted June 24, 2016 (edited) Nkemdiche is going to win DROY.that is actually a pretty decent betJim Harbaugh could not be less similar in every way to Rex Ryan.in some ways they are different but in many ways the same (to me). He can prove me wrong when he wins something other than media attention. This year is his window if he can do it. All he has won in CFB is a sun bowl and fiesta bowl. And whatever bowl Michiganwon this year. Yawn. If he doesn't get to the CFB playoffs this year he should go back to the NFL. Edited June 24, 2016 by YoloinOhio
Kirby Jackson Posted June 24, 2016 Posted June 24, 2016 Andrew Luck is the most overrated player in the NFL.

Andrew Luck is the most overrated player in the NFL. The Emperor has No Clothes fan club just doubled in size.
YoloinOhio Posted June 24, 2016 Author Posted June 24, 2016 (edited) It's much harder to turn a CFB program around than an NFL one, IMO.they have a cakewalk schedule and Ohio state is replacing 18 starters. Sparty reloading as well. Show me something other than funny subtweets and climbing up a tree and arranging creepy sleepovers to get recruits. Maybe the playoff is extreme but at least beat your rivals, finally. They are both vulnerable this year, his college coaching pedigree in college comes down to this for me. GunnerBill Posted June 24, 2016 Posted June 24, 2016 Doug Marrone is the best coach we've had in a decade and the Pegulas blew it when they tried to play hardball with him. 100% agree. An arse of a man but the best Head Football Coach we have had since I started watching in 2002.
YoloinOhio Posted June 24, 2016 Author Posted June 24, 2016 Andrew Luck is the most overrated player in the NFL.haha. It ties into my unpopular opinion about Harbaugh. But the other way. He underachieved when he had Luck at Stanford not winning a title.
K-9 Posted June 24, 2016 Posted June 24, 2016 Mario Williams is the most dedicated teammate in team history.
Just in Atlanta Posted June 24, 2016 Posted June 24, 2016 Perry Fewell should've stayed our head coach. Rex Ryan's a good looking man, and a good coach. LaBatts Blue blows.
YoloinOhio Posted June 24, 2016 Author Posted June 24, 2016 Mario Williams is the most dedicated teammate in team history. K-9's account has been hijacked. Suspects are CB and Jboyst

I have no dog in the fight, but I like him making Michigan more relevant and building up the rivalry with OSU more. Makes CFB more fun.
BarleyNY Posted June 24, 2016 Posted June 24, 2016 In general the NFL doesn't really care about the players, their safety or their futures after football. They are largely just assets with expiration dates.
