Miyagi-Do Karate Posted June 22, 2016 Posted June 22, 2016 I remember when we drafted him there were a lot of stories about his magic. I recall that he turned to magic as a kid after the death of his father. Pretty impressive!
Canadian Bills Fan Posted June 22, 2016 Posted June 22, 2016 What a great story about a man who had to deal with such a horrific tragedy involving his parents CBF
JohnC Posted June 22, 2016 Posted June 22, 2016 His father killed his mother and was convicted. http://community.seattletimes.nwsource.com/archive/?date=19921030&slug=1521769
Miyagi-Do Karate Posted June 22, 2016 Posted June 22, 2016 What a great story about a man who had to deal with such a horrific tragedy involving his parents CBF I thought his father had committed suicide. But it is much worse: his father murdered his mother. http://web.kitsapsun.com/archive/2004/11-28/19608_a_dozen_years_later__woodinville.html

Matt in KC Posted June 22, 2016 Posted June 22, 2016 Great tricks! I wish the camera had stayed on Simon for the next minute or so. He was dumbstruck.
White Linen Posted June 22, 2016 Posted June 22, 2016 What the ... that was awesome card magic. I watch the show and didn't see this, must be on an episode that hasn't aired yet. If he can keep this level of stuff up he'll go far - always does on AGT.
hondo in seattle Posted June 22, 2016 Posted June 22, 2016 I remember stories about him doing magic tricks in the Bills locker room years ago. I also remember 30+ years ago taking a pretty young blonde to dinner at the Forks Hotel on the corner of Broadway and Union in Cheektowaga where some very talented magicians would rotate from table to table doing some pretty fantastic things.
LOVEMESOMEBILLS Posted June 22, 2016 Posted June 22, 2016 Same show different video complete with judges reaction. His trick was very well done.

hondo in seattle Posted June 22, 2016 Posted June 22, 2016 (edited) Why did we cut him, anyway? I remember he was a quick long snapper and was disappointed we let him go. He must have been a lot of fun in the locker room. Edited June 22, 2016 by hondo in seattle
Deranged Rhino Posted June 22, 2016 Posted June 22, 2016 Why did we cut him, anyway? I remember he was a quick long snapper and was disappointed we let him go. He must have been a lot of fun in the locker room. And on the long plane rides. Though I bet not many people wanted to play cards with him...
Jamie Nails Posted June 22, 2016 Posted June 22, 2016 Someone on this board has/had "Jon Dorenbos" knows magic" as their signature. I ripped it off and wrote it on the back of my rent-a-car for the 2011 home opener. Only .00001% of people got it. I can now confirm that Jon Dorenbos knows magic.
