I vaguely remember a team or two waiting to sign some players until after last season started. Any vet on roster week 1 has contract guaranteed - if he signs after week 1 it isn't.

Sign him on an incentive laden 1 year deal based on the number of snaps he plays. Sign me up NVM...signed with the Ravens Then I would somehow find the money for Bolden because if Sammy can't play for any reason the Bills have no other elite talent there. That's pretty much it, unless I'm missing someone. They need insurance for injury or if Stanley isn't ready right off the bat.
