Nanker Posted June 11, 2016 Posted June 11, 2016 Right. A single Bloody Mary in the morning at brunch is a well known skid-greaser to an all-day binge of epic proportions. Happens all the time. Everywhere. Without fail. It can't be allowed to happen. Ever.
sodbuster Posted June 11, 2016 Posted June 11, 2016 People keep begging for big government. They shouldn't be surprised when it shows up.
unbillievable Posted June 11, 2016 Posted June 11, 2016 These laws are beyond idiotic. Not everyone has the same schedule. Arbitrarily setting certain days/time for anything is stupid. What about people working grave yard? 8am is late for them. What's the difference if its Sunday? There are less people on the streets anyway.
B-Large Posted June 11, 2016 Posted June 11, 2016 Just another politically bought maneuver by Big Alcohol to further enslave the average drinker....
Chef Jim Posted June 11, 2016 Posted June 11, 2016 Wait....you still can't drink booze in NY on Sundays before noon? As the saying goes here "you can't drink all day unless you start in the morning!" Bars are doing brisk business before 10am here during football season.

Might be the best part of living on the west coast, wake up on a Sunday and you've got beer and football before the clock hits 10:01.
