So let's see if I have this correct. You text and drive and you drive with expired plates. Anything else you do that should be a concern?

I sped. I followed too closely. I ran a stop sign. I almost hit a Chevy. I sped some more. I failed to yield at a crosswalk. I changed lanes at the intersection. I changed lanes without signaling while running a red light and speeding

I got pulled over one time for not using my turn signal when pulling out of a parked my lot. I was turning into a one way street, I could only turn right. Turns out someone with a similar vehicle had been driving up and down the boulevard beeping at the cop, I was let go when said vehicle happened to pass by while we were pulled over.
