Cover 1 Posted June 4, 2016 Posted June 4, 2016 (edited) Not sure if you guys had a chance to dig into the type of player Eric Striker is or what he will bring but if you haven't give this a look, you will definitely root for the kid. http://www.cover1.net/2016/06/cover-1-film-room-eric-strikers-role/ Edited June 4, 2016 by TurnerE
transient Posted June 4, 2016 Posted June 4, 2016 Even though he's got more guts in his little finger than most of us do in our intestines, including the colon, I'm not sure he's ever really gotten over what happened at Macho Grande.
K D Posted June 4, 2016 Posted June 4, 2016 Put him on special teams. He will earn a roster spot there for sure. Then slowly work him in the defense in different packages
John from Riverside Posted June 5, 2016 Posted June 5, 2016 If he needs extra sand in his pants....I have some to spare
Buffalo Barbarian Posted June 5, 2016 Posted June 5, 2016 Even though he's got more guts in his little finger than most of us do in our intestines, including the colon, I'm not sure he's ever really gotten over what happened at Macho Grande. ?
Mark Vader Posted June 5, 2016 Posted June 5, 2016 Yikes! He had Kouandjio for breakfast, lunch and dinner in that game. Right now he looks like nothing more than a situational pass rusher, but he could also be useful in coverage. He could also make a mark on Special Teams.

Over Macho Grande? No, I don't think I'll ever get over Macho Grande...
Coach Tuesday Posted June 5, 2016 Posted June 5, 2016 Dude needs to stop tackling QBs by the facemask...
Doc Posted June 5, 2016 Posted June 5, 2016 Put him on special teams. He will earn a roster spot there for sure. Then slowly work him in the defense in different packages This.
machine gun kelly Posted June 5, 2016 Posted June 5, 2016 I guessed I picked a bad week to stop sniffing glue. Sorry, just wanted to get into the Airplane talk. As far as the kid, he'll have the heart. Let's see if he can compete at this level.
3rdand12 Posted June 5, 2016 Posted June 5, 2016 This. definitely hope this kid makes his mark and gets on the roster.
John from Riverside Posted June 5, 2016 Posted June 5, 2016 Dude needs to stop tackling QBs by the facemask... lol I noticed that Yikes! He had Kouandjio for breakfast, lunch and dinner in that game. Right now he looks like nothing more than a situational pass rusher, but he could also be useful in coverage. He could also make a mark on Special Teams. He looks like he could be a serious Special Teams demon to me....... If he can cover......I think he can get on the field in addition to pass rush situations
Fadingpain Posted June 5, 2016 Posted June 5, 2016 Striker flew single engine fighters in the Air Force, but now he is going to have to pilot a plane with four engines. He's made mistakes in the past. If we take into account the passing of Lt. Zip, seven men have died because of Striker's mistake. The real question is whether or not he can fly this plane, and land it.
Over 29 years of fanhood Posted June 5, 2016 Posted June 5, 2016 (edited) hard to understand how the kid can be so good given his measurables. I guess he's faster than he timed and stronger than his weight suggests Edited June 5, 2016 by over 20 years of fanhood
Buffalo Barbarian Posted June 5, 2016 Posted June 5, 2016 You've never seen "Airplane 2: The Sequel"? nope
#34fan Posted June 5, 2016 Posted June 5, 2016 I have a sickening feelin that Ryan bros. Barnum and Bailey circus is going to cut him... I hope I'm wrong, but don't see a passrusher that small as their type of player... Too bad, because I happen to think he's a special player.
