BuffaloBill Posted June 1, 2016 Posted June 1, 2016 The crazy thing was his phone interview was great! His first words were "nice office" and my reply was "yeah until you walked in." May I interview with you? I will offer advice on how to conduct the interview...

BUFFALOKIE Posted June 1, 2016 Posted June 1, 2016 I still can't drive a golf ball straight. They're born that way.
Beerball Posted June 1, 2016 Posted June 1, 2016 Interestingly enough, on Monday I learned that the slice I managed to "fix" reared its ugly head again. Yeah, that's where I am.
Chef Jim Posted June 1, 2016 Posted June 1, 2016 I still can't drive a golf ball straight. How about when you're drunk?
CommonCents Posted June 1, 2016 Posted June 1, 2016 Jogging hurts your knees when you spent 4 months eating, drinking and being lazy. Ouch.
Beerball Posted June 1, 2016 Posted June 1, 2016 How about when you're drunk? Better actually after a couple pops (or at least it seems that way!).
mrags Posted June 2, 2016 Posted June 2, 2016 Jogging hurts your knees when you spent 4 months eating, drinking and being lazy. Ouch.crap. After just 4 months. I wonder what it'll be like for me since its been about 20 years.
BringBackFergy Posted June 2, 2016 Posted June 2, 2016 Remember how jet airplanes used to have wings that were flat all the way to the end?? Then they changed the design so the wings are curved with a 90 degree end?? Would one of you airplane nerds explain why they made the design change? After you explain this to me, then I can tell you what I learned today.

Then they changed the design so the wings are curved with a 90 degree end?? Would one of you airplane nerds explain why they made the design change? After you explain this to me, then I can tell you what I learned today. They work better.

BringBackFergy Posted June 2, 2016 Posted June 2, 2016 Today I learned that Beerball has a knack for explaining advanced theories of aerodynamics in a succinct manner.
Beerball Posted June 2, 2016 Posted June 2, 2016 Today I learned that Beerball has a knack for explaining advanced theories of aerodynamics in a succinct manner. Actually saw just a couple days ago that Dick Rutan(sp?) adopted the design for his round the globe flight. It "took off" from there.
BUFFALOKIE Posted June 2, 2016 Posted June 2, 2016 Today you learned that they are called winglets. They decrease drag and increase lift, thereby increasing efficiency.
Beerball Posted June 2, 2016 Posted June 2, 2016 Today I learned that Sammy Handwich is smart enough to manage a search engine & BBF is not.
BUFFALOKIE Posted June 2, 2016 Posted June 2, 2016 Today I learned that Sammy Handwich is smart enough to manage a search engine & BBF is not. Nope. Today you learned that SH is an aerospace design engineer.
BringBackFergy Posted June 2, 2016 Posted June 2, 2016 Nope. Today you learned that SH is an aerospace design engineer. Today I learned that someone is smarter than Beerball.
