Saxum
A capybara is a very large South American rodent which looks a bit like the Nutria found in swamps in http://wtop.com/watercooler/2016/05/2-large-rodents-escape-a-toronto-zoo/ The pair has been on the lam since Tuesday when they took off while they were being introduced to their enclosure as part of a zoo exchange. http://www.metronews.ca/news/toronto/2016/05/30/toronto-capybaras-on-the-lam-could-survive-until-winter.html Lord figures the giant rodents, who escaped from High Park Zoo last week triggering a city-wide search, will “probably just eat grass and stay away from people and dogs.” When the animals are spotted, Lord recommended getting someone who has herded cattle to lure them into a waiting truck. “They’ll be happy back in the zoo,” he said. “But keep the door shut, for crying out loud.” This is assuming they are not caught by local first for fresh game - Toronto is a very multicultural city. http://www.foodista.com/food/M67WZF64/capybara South America's capybara is the world's largest living rodent. The meat of the capybara is reminiscent of pork; it is considered a delicacy, and often served dried, salted, shredded and seasoned alongside rice and plantains. It is also consumed in sushi. The meat, either raw or slightly steamed, is rinsed in a vinegar and salt mixture and rolled in sticky rice with a seaweed covering just like fish would be. Beef Jerky
Is it easy to find people who have herded cattle in that area?
