Heitz
Figured I should start this since every time I mention Vermont beers on the wall, the thread gets derailed! So here you go, you drunks, The Official TBD Beer Thread. What's the brewery scene in Buffalo? Things are like Starbucks up here, new one on every corner opens every day... A few goodies: http://alchemistbeer.com/blog/- the Heady Topper people http://www.foambrewers.com/- brand new, love the Built to Spill DIPA (and the band) http://www.fourquartersbrewing.com/- very micro brewery, fortunately located about a 2 minute walk out of the office door And on and on... If anyone is going to visit VT for beer, hit me up I can give you the full BTV must drink list! And only seems appropriate to end this one with a
CowgirlsFan
Oddly there is one near me. Revolver Brewing Granbury Texas ( an hour southwest of Fort Worth ) Mr CGF favors their Blood & Honey. Should you guys see it in the stores up there give it a try. Edited May 18, 2016 by CowgirlsFan

plenzmd1
Was thinking about this today...if you could only have one kind of beer for the rest of your days...what would it be? I like all kinds of beers..but tend to drink more Saisons, Sours, Gose, Witbier over the last couple of years. Used to be a hophead, and still drink a lot IPA's, but get excited most now drinking a new Sour or new Saison. But if i had to pick one and only one beer ...it would be the 60 Minute. To me it is the beer i could drink every day..and pretty much do

What a mighty tasty beverageThat sounds great, I have not liked most sessions. Rosetta, a very nice fruit beer from Ommengang, has been in my fridge and a regular for the last month. Very nice soured fruit beer, but not so crazy tart that non-sour folks would not like. Guess they call it a Kriek, which I had never heard of before. Came out last year , but for some reason just saw it for the first time about a month ago. I drink a ton of stuff from Ommengang, so may be a bit biased. BTW, found it interesting there is a "best by" date on the bottle, says June 2021! http://www.ommegang.com/blog/meet-rosetta/ Edited May 19, 2016 by plenzmd1
