As long as he is back 100% on opening day of the season ( 4 months), I am good with that. Preseason is a just another opportunity to get hurt for Sammy. Don't rush him back for training camp and get a lingering situation started.

Watkins' surgery to insert a screw was performed by Robert Anderson. Expected recovery time is 6-8 weeks. Hope is he's a go for camp.

CommonCents Posted May 16, 2016 Posted May 16, 2016 If it's a Jones Fracture I hope the team plays it safe, that same injury cost Durant and Dez Bryant a bunch of time and both had to have multiple surgeries done.
