Brady, Rogers should move up to 1-2. Tyrod is fair at 14, I have him at 11. I think Cousins is too high etc. Enjoy. I welcome your thoughts. It is the off season, and we need to discuss these matter seriously. My personal list. 1 Brady 2 Rogers 3 Newton 4 Wilson 5 Roethlisberger 6 Romo 7 Luck 8 E.Manning 9 Brees 10 Rivers 11 Taylor 12 Palmer 13 Dalton 14 Stafford 15 Bortles 16 Ryan 17 Flacco 18 A.Smith 19 Cousins 20 Carr 21 Winston 22 Mariota 23 Bridgewater 24 Tannehill 25 Osweiler 26 Kapernick 27 Cutler 28 Bradford 29 Griffin 30 G.Smith 31 Sanchez 32 Goff
Maury Ballstein Posted May 12, 2016 Posted May 12, 2016 The 11 guys listed under him are way better. Tyrod over Matt Ryan, Stafford, Flacco, and Carson Palmer is insane.
2003Contenders Posted May 12, 2016 Posted May 12, 2016 When Tyrod leads a late 4th quarter drive to seal a victory, I will consider moving him into the top 12.
thebandit27 Posted May 12, 2016 Posted May 12, 2016 (edited) I tried to be as reasonably-optimistic about Taylor as possible, and here's how it shook out: 1 Rodgers 2 Brady 3 Big Ben 4 Brees 5 Newton 6 Luck 7 Palmer 8 Wilson 9 Rivers 10 Ryan 11 E. Manning 12 Dalton 13 Flacco 14 Romo 15 Smith 16 Cutler 17 Stafford 18 Cousins 19 Taylor 20 Carr 21 Mariota 22 Fitzpatrick 23 Tannehill 24 Bridgewater 25 Bortles 26 Osweiler 27 Bradford 28 Winston 29 Griffin 30 Sanchez 31 Kaepernick 32 Goff (can't put a rookie any higher) Edited May 12, 2016 by thebandit27

thebandit27 Posted May 12, 2016 Posted May 12, 2016 Geno Smith at 15??!?!?!?!?! Try again. I'll give you a hint: there's more than one Smith I'll give you another: I have Fitzy as the starter for the Jets
John from Riverside Posted May 12, 2016 Posted May 12, 2016 Just so I understand the needle Are we basing this off what TT did LAST year.....or what we think his ceiling will be and how he will do this year?
thebandit27 Posted May 12, 2016 Posted May 12, 2016 Just so I understand the needle Are we basing this off what TT did LAST year.....or what we think his ceiling will be and how he will do this year? I based it on total NFL body of work
Chuck Wagon Posted May 12, 2016 Posted May 12, 2016 1) Rodgers 2) Brady 3) Cam 4) Big Ben 5) Luck 6) Wilson 7) Palmer 8) Brees 9) Romo 10) Rivers 11) Ryan 12) Eli 13) Flacco 14) Winston 15) Stafford 16) Dalton 17) Alex Smith 18) Tyrod 19) Cutler 20) Cousins 21) Carr 22) Bridgewater 23) Bortles 24) Mariota 25) Fitzpatrick 26) Tannehill 27) Osweiler 28) Griffin 29) Goff 30) Wentz 31) Lynch 32) Gabbert
John from Riverside Posted May 12, 2016 Posted May 12, 2016 I based it on total NFL body of work OK....so are we taking into account players that are aging...have had bad injuries......etc etc For instance.....Romo....one hit away from being done
4merper4mer Posted May 12, 2016 Posted May 12, 2016 I based it on total NFL body of work And TV commercials? Otherwise why was Andrew Luck at #6?
Andrew Son Posted May 12, 2016 Posted May 12, 2016 And TV commercials? Otherwise why was Andrew Luck at #6? Lucky beard is worth a few spots
BfloBillsFan Posted May 12, 2016 Posted May 12, 2016 I get it that Brady wins and piles up stats but that doesn't make him the best QB. That honor belongs to Aaron Rodgers. He is the Barry Sanders of QBs and what I mean is that he will make the most out of a busted play. Rodger extends plays with his legs and then make the impossible throw. This is unlike Brady, who accurately throws the ball to a spot where his WR should (and will) be.
Maury Ballstein Posted May 12, 2016 Posted May 12, 2016 OK....so are we taking into account players that are aging...have had bad injuries......etc etc For instance.....Romo....one hit away from being done Taylor's not in the same universe as Romo. If he gets close to that we will all be happy.

I think Romo is a better QB than the guys I've ranked below him, based on his total NFL body of work. This isn't a "what if he gets injured?" ranking. And TV commercials? Otherwise why was Andrew Luck at #6? Because he's better than the 26 guys ranked below him, IMO. Feel free to post your rankings.
