Over 29 years of fanhood Posted May 3, 2016 Posted May 3, 2016 I think you mean Jason's Peter. And that's why I love TBD...
3rdand12 Posted May 3, 2016 Posted May 3, 2016 Asleep at the wheel!! Great quote good texas swing band too
26CornerBlitz Posted May 3, 2016 Posted May 3, 2016 Great news. hopefully they can use the cap relief to sign a Right Tackle or Right Guard. Miller is the RG.
John from Riverside Posted May 3, 2016 Posted May 3, 2016 Miller is the RG. SL doesnt think so......players are not allowed to have rookie years
DrDawkinstein Posted May 3, 2016 Posted May 3, 2016 Miller is the RG. And more than likely, Mills will be the RT. Let them work as a unit for once.
MDH Posted May 3, 2016 Posted May 3, 2016 It doesnt look like a lot of savings....but it looks like it is structured with Sammy Watkins deal looming It looks like a lot of savings down the road. If $30M of it come in the first two years that's $35 to come in the last 4. Pretty good idea, front load it so they'll have money available when Tyrod deal gets done next year. Granted, this only works if Glenn doesn't come back to the team in year 3 and demand to redo it because he's not getting enough money...
WhitewalkerInPhilly Posted May 3, 2016 Posted May 3, 2016 Man, Whaley has been killing it. Great prospective draft. Signs a solid LT long term to roll cap space. Has a great CB and potential franchise QB open for the franchise tag. Whatever happens with Rex, Whaley has been doing a hell of a job.

Hopefully the entire OL congeals as an effective unit with Kromer available for the entire offseason.

3rdand12 Posted May 3, 2016 Posted May 3, 2016 Hell no he ain't no guard But if we moved Hendy to RG and Mills to LT and Cogs to center Wood to LG i think this team could really go places. signed Doug Marroon
Saint Doug Posted May 3, 2016 Posted May 3, 2016 (edited) Great signing. Would've been better if this was done before free agency, but I guess they had to wait how the draft went. Maybe they were eyeing an OT? Anyways, seeing how FA is all but over, I hope they jammed the most money into 2016 as they could because the cap relief isn't needed right now.
