Buffalo Barbarian Posted December 31, 2016 Posted December 31, 2016 He is a one man wrecking crew who goes full throttle. He reminds me of Aaron Donald from a physical standpoint. Thomas is 6'3', 273 and Donald is 6'1" , 285. Not the biggest linemen but strong and quick enough to play inside. Could you imagine if Dareus played with the consistent energy and passion that Soloman Thomas plays with? I liked North Carolina's qb, Mitch Trublisky. I think playing another year in college would make him a better prospect. He doesn't have a cannon arm but it is strong enough. He is accurate and he makes use of the whole field in his passing game. 6'3" 265 DE Derrick Barnett Tennessee is tearing it up too and just broke Reggie White's sack record Quote

You know for every year we miss the playoffs we should get extra first round pix Jake Butt has either a torn MCL or ACL... very unfortunate But that could push him down for us latter Quote
Buffalo Barbarian Posted December 31, 2016 Posted December 31, 2016 Dang Michigan so close, they should have punched it in after the recovery and they win the game (Now I hate FL St even more; for this and EJ) Quote
GunnerBill Posted December 31, 2016 Posted December 31, 2016 Dang Michigan so close, they should have punched it in after the recovery and they win the game (Now I hate FL St even more; for this and EJ) Was that Jim Harbaugh finding a way to pull a heartbreaking loss out of another big game? Yea... he specialises in those. And did they come out tight get down early and then finally start playing when they relaxed? Now where have I seen that before...... It's the man's one fault as a coach. He can only do full on intense and he keeps sending teams out too hyped for big games. Quote

I have played many games hyped up which helped a lot, coming in relaxed I was slow and not as aggressive in my play. It was clear Speight was out of sync and if this game was played in season Michigan would have won. Quote

It was clear Speight was out of sync and if this game was played in season Michigan would have won. In the biggest games you have to relax your guys. In games that are less important being hyped up helps. But your body will naturally hype you up for a bowl game or a Championship game or a playoff eliminator. You have to keep your guys loose. I called the result of the Harbaugh Superbowl and almost exactly the way it would go based on the joint coach's press conference early in the week. If last night was a one off I might be inclined to say "just one of those things" but we have seen this same scenario play out over and over with Jim Harbaugh teams. He only has one setting.... wind his guys up. Add that to the naturally occurring tension before a big game and you get a tight performance. "If this game was played in season Michigan would have won" - and there is your problem. If I want someone to come in and breathe life into a dumpster fire Jim Harbaugh is my first phone call. If I want someone to come in and win me multiple championships then either he has to learn or I have to call someone else. Edited December 31, 2016 by GunnerBill Quote
YoloinOhio Posted December 31, 2016 Posted December 31, 2016 (edited) Still waiting for Hairball to win a big game. I feel bad for their fans. He makes too much money to be losing like this. He has 6 losses in first two years and 4 of them he was leading in the final minutes. Had one of the easiest schedules in CFB this year. Won one game outside the state of Michigan - and it was Rutgers. He needs to be better than that, especially with 18 senior starters. It's not like he's trying to do it with a team of freshmen. He should make more rap videos. Edited December 31, 2016 by YoloinOhio Quote
CommonCents Posted December 31, 2016 Posted December 31, 2016 Don't draft a TE in the first round they take time to develop, If your willing to spend a top 15 pick on a pass catcher get the best WR available. Quote
Kirby Jackson Posted December 31, 2016 Posted December 31, 2016 I've always like Derrius Guice more than Fournette. I started thinking that I was crazy because it didn't make sense. After the 2nd half of this year I'm not sure that's the case. Guice runs so much harder. He may not have Fournette's natural tools (but he isn't far behind) but I think he's a more complete back. Thrivefourfive Posted December 31, 2016 Posted December 31, 2016 Just draft the highest rated Alabama player in every round of every draft for the next four years. This + free agency wouldn't go wrong! Quote
