thebandit27 Posted December 3, 2016 Posted December 3, 2016 Mason Rudolph having big problems throwing in the rain. Not a guy I'd think the Bills would have interest in. Baker Mayfield on the other hand is throwing pretty well in the weather and did so in a snowstorm a couple weeks ago vs wvu too. I think he needs a good running game to stay on schedule but I've come around that he's draftable. I have Rudolph as a R5 right now; Mayfield as a R3 Quote
Kirby Jackson Posted December 3, 2016 Posted December 3, 2016 we still need another guy to replace EJ, we shouldn't draft one early though I am hoping for Hoyer. Quote
YoloinOhio Posted December 3, 2016 Posted December 3, 2016 @ou_football .@baker_mayfield6 announces in postgame press conference that he will return to OU next season. Wants a Big 12 3-peat and a national title. They come to Columbus next season Quote
Buffalo Barbarian Posted December 4, 2016 Posted December 4, 2016 I am hoping for Hoyer. not a bad option but looking for someone else to develop. Quote
26CornerBlitz Posted December 4, 2016 Author Posted December 4, 2016 I am hoping for Hoyer. Very average and can't stay healthy. No thanks. Quote
Kirby Jackson Posted December 4, 2016 Posted December 4, 2016 not a bad option but looking for someone else to develop. They can't have a QB depth chart with 2 developmental prospects. Cardale will be one of them but is still a year away. They need a solid #2. Very average and can't stay healthy. No thanks. I just feel like he would be the perfect backup. He can play in a pinch, is smart, and played well this year. He isn't perfect but would be a really nice fit IMO. Quote

Kirby Jackson Posted December 4, 2016 Posted December 4, 2016 We do now, EJ is no reliable backup. I prefer Romo with TT coming off the Bench. Thats not a realistic scenario. They will have a starter (99.95% Tyrod), Cardale as the developmental guy (almost certainly the number 3) and ____. Hoyer seems to fit that spot well IMO. I wouldn't mind Josh McCown either. Quote

I'd rather drop TT if that means getting Romo and then get Hoyer who wont be as expensive. Quote
Buffalo Barbarian Posted December 4, 2016 Posted December 4, 2016 (edited) Man I love watching BIG TEN Football , smash mouth, double Full Back, no WRs, run it down their throats, SCORE! this Houston kid looks decent surprised he didn't start more. Could TJ Watt be like big brother?? Edited December 4, 2016 by Buffalo Barbarian Quote
Buffalo Barbarian Posted December 4, 2016 Posted December 4, 2016 Penn St TE Mike Gesicki could be the top TE next yr. Big come from behind win for Penn St. Quote
Blokestradamus Posted December 4, 2016 Posted December 4, 2016 Anybody seen Brady Gustafson? He's been invited to the NFLPA Collegiate Bowl so that's a big sign that he's seen around the league as borderline UDFA material. Got injured for a second straight year. His 2015 tape was bloody awful. If 2016 was similar, wouldn't touch him with a ****ty stick. Quote
Blokestradamus Posted December 4, 2016 Posted December 4, 2016 If there's one guy I really want to see declare early in this class, it's Wisconsin's H-Back Troy Fumagalli. Really athletic guy at 6' 6", 247. Solid blocker, runs decent routes, natural catcher. And he's doing it all missing his left index finger. It's !@#$ing remarkable. Quote
BADOLBILZ Posted December 4, 2016 Posted December 4, 2016 Could TJ Watt be like big brother?? Good question, JJ wasn't JJ coming out of college either. Went from a base 3-4 DE to the most dominant DL ever purdy quick. He got into some of that Bruce Banner level juice. Quote

Yeah never expected that, figured he'd be your typical lunchpail guy but then explodes into the Terminator Quote
