Okay so mini-camp out of the way - here is my first roster prediction of 2016.... (Shamelessly nicked Bandit's format)

QB (3) - Tyrod Taylor, EJ Manuel, Cardale Jones

RB (4) - LeSean McCoy, Karlos Williams, Jonathan Williams, Mike Gillislee

FB (1) - Jerome Felton

WR (6) - Sammy Watkins, Robert Woods, Dez Lewis, Greg Salas, Kolby Listenbee, Walt Powell

TE (3) - Charles Clay, Jim Dray, Nick O'Leary

OT (4) - Cordy Glenn, Jordan Mills, Seantrel Henderson, Cyrus Kouandjio

OG (3) - Richie Incognito, John Miller, Fernando Velasco

C (1) - Eric Wood

LS (1) - Garrison Sanborn

K (1) - Dan Carpenter

P (1) - Colton Schmidt

IDL (5) - Marcel Dareus, Kyle Williams, Adolphus Washington, Corbin Bryant, Jerel Worthy

EDGE (4) - Jerry Hughes, Shaq Lawson, Manny Lawson, IK Enemkpali

LB (5) - Reggie Ragland, Preston Brown, Zach Brown, Lorenzo Alexander, Jamari Lattimore

CB (6) - Stephon Gilmore, Ron Darby, Nickell Robey, Sterling Moore, Mario Butler, Keyvon Seymour

S (5) - Aaron Williams, Corey Graham, Robert Blanton, Duke Williams, Colt Anderson

Five safties? I hear you ask.... Rex has said it is a deep position and I'm not sure how much they expect Anderson to play at safety as opposed to just being a core special teams guy. No Hankerson in the receiving corps? I think Powell has a chance to make this roster as their primary return guy (especially as he can do kicks and punts). I think that mean the end of Easley as the specialist gunner and it leaves fierce competition for 3 spots behind Watkins and Woods. I expect them to want to protect Listenbee from other teams and therefore won't risk 'practice squading' him and if Dez Lewis continues his progress through OTAs and mini camp then why not take a shot on your home grown guy over other people's cast offs all things being equal? I think Salas' actual on field contribution at the end of last season gives him the inside track into the other spot as the Hogan replacement. Those 3 give them a speed guy, a possession guy and a big guy.

The one I don't really want to see on there that I think will be is IK. Rex has talked him up at a couple of pressers and they definitely need some edge depth. I think the Rex love for him might save him despite his total ineptitude last season.

Good Stuff Gunner!! I have a few that I disagree with, I have Hankerson over Powell, Annen over O'Leary and Easley over Colt Anderson. Edited by Kirby Jackson

IK might make it till S. Lawson can play.

Does Easley start the season as injured too?

I'm in the anyone but IK group, he is as stiff as a board. Here's to hoping that someone gets cut that can be brought in as an upgrade, even if marginal. I like Manny but he isn't going to be able to play every snap and an injury would make IK a starter? Yikes. I don't remember a single snap where IK pushed the pocket or made an athletic play. I am sure he has at some point, but yuck.

53-man roster projections for every NFL team
Could former top-10 pick Justin Gilbert be on his way out in Cleveland? Will German WR Moritz Böhringer make the Vikings' roster? NFL Nation reporters project the 2016 rosters for all 32 teams.

Buffalo Bills: The Bills' major question is whether first-round pick Shaq Lawson goes on the reserve/physically unable to perform list or whether he is kept on the 53-man roster until he's healthy. Read more.

Who is this Lorenzo Alexander character? Also I'm calling Gronk over Felton right now. He'll be just as good and save em a few bucks.

Linebacker but special teams ace. Him and Colt Anderson are locks for the roster for me. They were signed to be core special teamers for a team that lost a lot of core special team contributors in the off-season (Boobie, Hogan, Brooks etc)

IK gets a bad rap - he was a 6th round pick like 2 years ago. Typically years 1 and 2 are for development on someone drafted that late. To me - this is the year where he needs to put it all together on the field, or take a hike. With Lawson missing time, he'll certainly get a chance to contribute. If he doesn't - cya.

Likely means Easley could be gone too... But if we only keep 1 kicker, we're basically adding a roster spot.
