Batter hits grounder, and they throw it to second to try to get the force out. The second baseman misses the bag with her foot and the umpire behind shortstop calls safe (4 seconds into the video). The second baseman doesn't realize it and throws the ball up in the air to celebrate with her teammates. Article Video
