gumby Posted April 30, 2016 Posted April 30, 2016 (edited) Whaley has gone full retard now. You complain about every pick. I got no problem that you disagree but how about letting the rest of us know what you would of done instead based on your vast wealth of football knowledge. Otherwise it just comes off as b*tching for the sake of b*tching. Edited April 30, 2016 by gumby
apuszczalowski Posted April 30, 2016 Posted April 30, 2016 2nd year in a row RB in 5th. Hopefully he does well.2ND year in a row RB in the 5th..... named Williams

Last Guy on the Bench Posted April 30, 2016 Posted April 30, 2016 Like the pick. I don't think we're all that deep at RB with Shady 's age and Karlos's head. The rest of the bunch does nothing for me. Watching Williams's highlights, he reminds me a bit of Priest Holmes (we can only hope). Kind of upright, short strider, with really nifty feet - makes quick little in-rhythm cuts look easy. I like that style a lot.
KennyDavisEyes Posted April 30, 2016 Posted April 30, 2016 just watching some quick highlights: great balance and speed with finishing power. Good pick. I really am a fan of having 4 rb's on a 53 man roster. Hopefully management has learned after the last 3 years of losing two rb's in one week how important it is to be stocked at that position.
YoloinOhio Posted April 30, 2016 Posted April 30, 2016 @christrapasso #Bills got my RB2 in Jonathan Williams. RD2 grade. Didn't play in '15. ACL. But '14 film is Zeke-like. Awesome vision, cutting & esp balance
BuffaloBillsForever Posted April 30, 2016 Posted April 30, 2016 (edited) Whaley has gone full retard now. Whaley is not a very good GM. It's not a surprise. Edited April 30, 2016 by BuffaloBillsForever
Bangarang Posted April 30, 2016 Posted April 30, 2016 Okay, we got a Clemson player and a Williams. Now we just need to draft a player from FSU and our job here is done.
Virgil Posted April 30, 2016 Posted April 30, 2016 Once you get to the 5th, it's all boom or bust picks. It's no longer about need. As it's been said, we had depth issue last year at RB and qb. Expect more picks like this for the 6th and 7th. If they pan out, great. If not, who cares
YoloinOhio Posted April 30, 2016 Posted April 30, 2016 @christrapasso #Bills still have need @ WR but w/ McCoy turning 28, Karlos' concussion history & GRo's run-heavy O, I get it. Too good of talent to pass on
Blokestradamus Posted April 30, 2016 Posted April 30, 2016 (edited) Okay, we got a Clemson player and a Williams. Now we just need to draft a player from FSU and our job here is done. Terrance Smith - LB. Edited April 30, 2016 by Blokestradamus

Otherwise it just comes off as b*tching for the sake of b*tching. Wrong. I am quite happy with Lawson. I have been a Whaley supporter. He deserves the benefit of the doubt but the last three picks don't help this year. They need a WR, a SS, and an OT. Not another RB.
YoloinOhio Posted April 30, 2016 Posted April 30, 2016 @pff Bills RB Jonathan Williams ranked 5th in PFF elusive rating in '14 before being injured in '15: buff.ly/1SEQ7AG. Runs defenders over
metzelaars_lives Posted April 30, 2016 Posted April 30, 2016 Depth at RB or depth at Williams? Ha great post.
John from Riverside Posted April 30, 2016 Posted April 30, 2016 Whaley has gone full retard now. Yes he has gone full retard taking a RB on a team that runs the ball the majority of the time.
4merper4mer Posted April 30, 2016 Posted April 30, 2016 Wrong. I am quite happy with Lawson. I have been a Whaley supporter. He deserves the benefit of the doubt but the last three picks don't help this year. They need a WR, a SS, and an OT. Not another RB. Why does everyone say we need WR? Woods was hurt all year and still played. Sammy is Sammy. How many targets is any rookie from the 4th/5th round going to get? 1 per game? Meanwhile it is easy to see the RB contributing a lot. I can see OT or SS, but unless there is someone specific you have in mind that goes between this pick and our next then it doesn't matter. Do you have someone in mind? Do they have a name?
Rockinon Posted April 30, 2016 Posted April 30, 2016 Nice combination of speed and power. Not afraid to hit the hole. Sounds like a Roman guy.
Green Lightning Posted April 30, 2016 Posted April 30, 2016 RB, well could come on handy, but so could a cover safety and a RT. Anyone feeling good about either postion for us?
BuffaloBillsMagic1 Posted April 30, 2016 Posted April 30, 2016 Great pick, if healthy he is 2nd round giu. Solid powerful guy who sat out all year I think with broken foot
