They were not allowed to move, and that's why they moved to get 61... which is directly after 60 which is their first opportunity. I've been looking for the article I read about it. The reality of this whole situation might have begun to sink in in bean town. To date their owner (who cries with 80 proof tears) has had to pony up $1M and TB's contract money was re-aligned. But last night the entire organization and their fan base suffered by missing out on round 1. Today they are anchored to their position in round 2 as well. Maybe the reality of the situation finally began to penetrate some thick skulls. More important they got their ball inflators back in new positions!
