dib Posted April 27, 2016 Posted April 27, 2016 I know colleges set aside sections for visiting teams. I'm wondering if pro teams do the same. My son and I want to go to the Bills game in Miami, but we'd rather sit among other Bills fans. I've tried the Bills and Dolphin organizations but so far no luck.
mrags Posted April 27, 2016 Posted April 27, 2016 I just spoke with my two today. He informed me that ticket sales for season ticket holders go on sale sometime in June. They don't have a date yet. I'd keep my ears open for around that timeline.

If those are not sold they are returned to the home team and go on sale to the general public through the home team. Having said that, for the Miami game i would be shocked if there is not an established Bills group that goes every year and has tickets. Check the Bills Backers sites and inquire, think you will be pleasantly surprised.

I've attended games there a couple of times now with the local Bills Backers chapter as an "out of towner". Check out Bills Backers of south Floridas Facebook page and they'll probably have info. Both times we got involved with their organized events were awesome minus the game result!
What a Tuel Posted April 28, 2016 Posted April 28, 2016 I was going to post something about this precise game. My brother is getting married this year, and we were thinking of going down to Miami that weekend, doing some charter fishing and going to the Bills game with a group of people as sort of a bachelor party thing. Does anyone know the best way to do this? Are there such things as group rates or bundle rates on plane tickets/hotels/dolphin tickets? Any insight would be great.

There's a company the Bills advertise for out of town game trips...check the Bills website. I have no idea whether or not it's a good value but it appears they do the "bundling" for you. Edit: the company is PrimeSport. Click on "travel packages" in the top border on bb.com. Edited April 28, 2016 by eball

I'll check it out. Hard to tell though since tickets aren't available to the public yet. http://www.donshulahotel.com/miami-golf-packages-en.html Edited April 28, 2016 by What a Tuel
DrDawkinstein Posted April 28, 2016 Posted April 28, 2016 There's a pretty big Bills following down in Miami/FtLauderdale. Find their Bills Backers pages on Facebook and reach out, they'll probably have their own block of tickets. Most Backers clubs in the southeast do the Miami trip, and get blocks of tickets. You should be able to get in with them.
machine gun kelly Posted April 28, 2016 Posted April 28, 2016 I was going to say the same. To the OP, we used to drive down every year from Tampa. You don't have to worry, there are so many Bills fans there, even if you don't buy as a group you'll see so many tailgate groups of Bills fans. We crashed almost every year, and everyone shared coolers. We even brought the stuff to grill and someone had a grill we could use and talk Bills. The other good thing is by October 23 RD, the weather should break so it may it be in the 90's. Going to games in September sucks as it is so freakin hot. I remember years ago when Donavan McNabb was in Tampa throwing up multiple times as the heat index was like 112 degrees. It's really not fun. I don't care if you like it warm, because with the humidity, it sucks. If lucky, the weather is in the 80's and it will be awesome. Another small piece for the guys who want to go deep sea fishing, it's awesome down there as you get deep within a couple of miles vs. Clearwater, you have to get out 20 miles. Don't bother going for sharks as you won't get them, and a waste of time. A good captain can find you tons of awesome spots and you'll have more fish than you can count. It is so much fun. If a big gang is going down, post a thread, and maybe my buddies and I will take the drive down. South Beach is great that time of the year and not peak season so you can get on the beach without paying an arm and a leg. For work I used Hotels tonight, and found spare some rates a few days ahead and stayed on SO Beach for $165 a night. Lastly, the sights on South Beach will pretty much give you neck problems as you'll be swinging back and forth. Some of the most beautiful women are everywhere down there so do your push ups, even if just looking for the married guys.
Best Player Available Posted April 28, 2016 Posted April 28, 2016 Teal travel in Buffalo has a package for the fish game. Airfare, 3 nights, game ticket, transportation $799. Double occupancy. Got friends doing that deal to come down here. last year fish tickets were easy to get well every year they usually are. i doubt if someone is just looking for game tickets It won't be hard.
machine gun kelly Posted April 28, 2016 Posted April 28, 2016 When we used to go, we bought scalp tickets every year as Miami can't ever sell out that stadium.
iinii Posted April 28, 2016 Posted April 28, 2016 The first game I ever went to was @Miami for a Monday Night game. Early Nineties. Kelly rallied us back late. It was fantastic and there was at least 30k BILLS fans there. It had already snowed in Buffalo plus there are a ton of BILLS fans in South Florida. Phish fans don't go that strong either. You should be able to get tix easy.
