Goes to show how a total socialist system is nonsense. Too bad there are no total "free market," super limited governments out there to show what a disaster a libertarian system would be like, but voters/people are not that stupid Now THAT hurts. Last week, his government said it was shifting its time zone forward by 30 minutes to save power. ?? I'd love to see a real study on this to see if it actually works.
