Extremely grateful to the Bills organization for the opportunity they gave me. Looking forward to the next chapter.

With the #Bills releasing Tony Steward, they now have three inside linebackers on the roster. THREE.

PS: They have to start two.

Steward was in attendance at Monday's first voluntary offseason workout. Sounds surprised by the decision.

Wasn't he injured? His back, wonder if it hasn't healed properly or something.

This just feels like odd timing to me. I would have certainly kept him around until I knew what other LBs I had on the roster. Maybe they were trying to do him a favor by allowing him to catch on somewhere else before the draft but it seems like they should have covered themselves first.

Poor guy has had a really tough year. I also wonder if there is a medical reason.

He had the knee during preseason and then the back during the season, I wonder if it's medical too.

No.

From all accounts I've seen on him he is a once in a generation type of player.

I know what you mean, I'm hoping it's not someone like Ragland either but man, if it was somehow Myles Jack, man o' man.

To the man Tony- that stinks...

To the team and organization, there is little difference between 3, 4 or even 10 ILBs that are bad fits for the scheme verses none.

heres hoping this is indicative of a move toward fixing the problem.
