H2o Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 (edited) The Titans have the opportunity to build an amazing squad in one draft if they get it right...... WOW Dang...... I just remembered Mularky is their HC. Edited April 14, 2016 by H2o
CommonCents Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Rams received a lot for RG3 now they return the favor . Titans made out great this time around. Yeah I'm excited to see what haul of players the Titans can pull from all those picks in this draft. One first, three seconds, and two third rounders. Yum.
26CornerBlitz Posted April 14, 2016 Author Posted April 14, 2016 @LedyardNFLDraft I'll have my reaction to this #Titans-#Rams trade momentarily on @TheDraftWire. It will not be kind to Los Angeles. @BuckyBrooks Trade is a "win-win" for the @RamsNFL & @Titans . LA is a QB away from contending in the NFC. Plus, Gurley alleviates pressure on young QB.
Canadian Bills Fan Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 They have to get a QB. But I don't think any of the QBs in this draft are worth that. But we will see. If any are, it would be Goff. Agreed CBF
eball Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Brilliant trade for Tennessee, and a desperate (but needed) move by LA. They need to be right with their QB in the worst way.
26CornerBlitz Posted April 14, 2016 Author Posted April 14, 2016 Browns forced to take Goff? They don't have to take a QB at #2, but if they do it'll be whichever QB the Rams leave them with between Goff or Wentz. Brilliant trade for Tennessee, and a desperate (but needed) move by LA. They need to be right with their QB in the worst way. They better be right or........DOOMED!
BuffaloRebound Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Kid from North Dakota gonna be able to handle LA?
thebandit27 Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 I predict that Tennessee moves back into the top 10 to take Ronnie Stanely
CommonCents Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 They don't have to take a QB at #2, but if they do it'll be whichever QB the Rams leave them with between Goff or Wentz. They better be right or........DOOMED! I'm sorry Hue is not happy, I was convinced he wanted Wentz and has doubts about Goff playing in the weather conditions.
YoloinOhio Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 The Browns should trade Joe Thomas and McCown for more picks, draft Tunsil at 2, then use picks to move up to the mid first from top of 2nd if needed for Lynch. They have time to develop him (he needs it) behind RG3. No need to sell the farm for either Wentz or Goff IMO. Rams just trying to make splash first year in LA and couldn't go into it with case Keenum.
Kirby Jackson Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 They have to get a QB. But I don't think any of the QBs in this draft are worth that. But we will see. If any are, it would be Goff.Apparently they love Wentz according to Matt Miller.
CommonCents Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Apparently they love Wentz according to Matt Miller. Yeah I'm hearing that too. I'm not sold on the Browns taking Goff, I see that pick being traded.
Doc Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 They don't have to take a QB at #2, but if they do it'll be whichever QB the Rams leave them with between Goff or Wentz. I deleted my post because I assumed Wentz was going to be the first QB taken, but realized Goff could be taken instead. And I figured the Browns would take a QB since I doubt anyone will trade up for their pick.
YoloinOhio Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Apparently they love Wentz according to Matt Miller.i can't believe they would give up that much for Wentz. I am no scout but I don't think he's worth anything more than bottom of the 1st round grade. And I only say bottom of 1st because he's really a 2nd round talent but combining positional value with the ability to get the 5th year option for a QB is valuable.
nucci Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Titans get a lot in return. How does Jeff Fisher keep his job?
papazoid Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 love this for BOTH teams. Rams need to generate buzz with the new face of the franchise, sell sponsorships, suites and season tickets. the bounty of draft picks helps titans more than just the #1 pick.
YoloinOhio Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Titans get a lot in return. How does Jeff Fisher keep his job?he is still secretly working for the Titans?
26CornerBlitz Posted April 14, 2016 Author Posted April 14, 2016 @AlbertBreer Per source, the Rams have already conducted on-campus workouts with both Cal QB Jared Goff and North Dakota State QB Carson Wentz.
CountDorkula Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 If the Rams get a legit QB, they win the trade regardless, IMO.
26CornerBlitz Posted April 14, 2016 Author Posted April 14, 2016 @mikefreemanNFL To give up that much for a draft featuring a year where the QB crop isn't that great is just not smart. @RQUINN619 Rob Quinn Retweeted mike freeman By trade value chart, Rams got better end of deal
