YoloinOhio Posted April 7, 2016 Author Posted April 7, 2016 He's a pretty wonderful Fred Jackson-esque story and sounds like an easy guy to root for. He didn't make a roster until age 28 and promptly had that season you mention above. Found this article: http://thebiglead.com/2015/07/15/danny-lansanah-tampa-bay-bucs/ great find - what a story
billsfan89 Posted April 7, 2016 Posted April 7, 2016 Seems like he could be a diamond in the rough and be a quality backup LB. More depth at LB is a good thing for the Bills right now, would like this pickup. Overall it's hard to get too excited about a player a team let go so easily but when it comes to depth in the NFL you can get it by being smart with under the radar acquisitions.
RobRyanFan Posted April 7, 2016 Posted April 7, 2016 (edited) LASAGNA! Oh, wait Danny Lananah? Meh. Edited April 7, 2016 by RobRyanFan
3rdand12 Posted April 8, 2016 Posted April 8, 2016 Replacing starters for depth players is not really a step in the right direction. Let's hope we nail this draft. It should be a good chance to walk away with many needs filled with BPA talent. need more depth at LB anyways, but yep, pretty big year for getting some starter material from the draft. glad the Bills ar layering the depth via FA on the cheap. aint nuthin wrong with that
