The Browns line is not quite so certain to be terrible actually. They had comfortably a top 10 line again last year and their line has been the best thing about them for a long time. Yes they lost an all pro centre and a decent right tackle - but they still have Thomas, they still have Bitonio who I like at left guard and they still have Greco who had a pretty good year last year. They either need Erving to step up next year or they need to find some help there in the draft but I don't quite think it is the tyre fire being made out here.

The issue last year that made the o-line numbers look worse on paper was that McCown and Manziel both held onto the ball too long, didn't trust what they saw downfield and tried to bail out of the pocket too often. Of all Quarterbacks that appeared in the league last year they were both top 10 for time holding the ball before throwing. RGIII has been guilty of the same thing.

Cleveland's line will probably take a step back this year, but I seriously doubt it will be a disaster and if RGIII fails he fails because of him not his blockers. Same as in Washington. Everyone bemoaned the line when RGIII was in there pre-season and that same line played pretty darn well for Cousins all year because he gets the ball out in 2 seconds.

I think there's a good chance he turns things around, but its no guarantee by any stretch. He's clearly got a lot of talent, but he needs to mature and do the homework necessary, and the coaches need to do a good job of encouraging that.
